Going through the drive-thru is crazy because they will Park 9 carrs and then bring the food out when nobody else is in the Drive-Thru??♀️ then when you get your food it's cold or it's not right. They don't even give out the cards for pulling you up and waiting 10 minutes or longer.
I went inside and I order on the tablet things and I went to pay in cash and I was standing there waiting for like 15 mins and then this worked comes out and says oh if you order on that it's only card and if you order here it's cash so I left and went to the drive thru and it took the 10 mins for the to tell me that to make my order it will take 15 mins like what the heck worst McDonald's

I didn’t mind the wait cause I understand they were busy, I was handed the wrong sandwhich and told the guy who brought it to me that it was wrong. He brought my sandwhich and the receipt inside and brought me back out the same sandwhich and told me that it was right and I was wrong and didn’t give me back the receipt. Then took another 20 minutes to bring me out the drink I ordered. Didn’t mind the wait, but if I ordered something I should be able to get it, not have to fight with them and still have to eat the food that I did not want.

I ordered from there through DoorDash. Got some nuggets, fries, a Carmel frappe, and got a free shamrock shake with it. Cor starters I didn’t receive any of my sauces, the fries were hard and cold, my large frappe did not have whip cream and was only half filled, it also tasted like it was burnt coffee and the shake was completely melted and 90% just mint syrup. When I contacted DoorDash they gave me $2 credit even though I spent $21 and some change. Absolutely ridiculous.
