If you like McDonalds and plan to go there, I suggest another location. I stopped today and went inside to order using the kiosk. The fries were not fresh, service was slow, and when I asked for ketchup was told they were out. And the burger was really really bad. This at 11:44 AM when they are busy. No excuse for cold fries.

Bad manners, bad service, bad food,slow not to mention I ordered a Sausage mcmuffin and got a bacon egg cheese mcgriddle... Wont be back and I don't recommend anyone try this location.Also why are any machines that have to do with frozen treats always broken. No frappes normally flurries no ice cream this location is trash.
If I could get zero star, I would I wouldn’t have 45 minutes in the inside for five ice cream cones dairy, shortstaffed unprofessional rule does not care of others in the time and money that they are spending with this food chain. I really hate eating now I am so tired of this.

They’re always out of something - they tell people when you’re at the drive through you have to come inside to order (did this to the people in front of us and us while others where in the line at the windows??) Told them we had a mobile order - they said they were out of biscuits for the mobile order I told them I’d like to cancel. They tell me I have to do it in the app - I leave and go to do so in the app and the app tells me the store has to do it. So I’m out money with no food.Worst McDonald’s in Gastonia.

I found this McDonald's location pleasantly and unusually efficient.I could not believe how fast and well- cooked the food was. Plus the staff was hard working. I thought I was in Japan.
