This location charges way more than any other location in the area and the food is always terrible. I got a #7, one with ketchup only large with a sprite and a McChicken no lettuce. The total was almost $14 and when we got to the second window we knew there was going to be a problem. The associate could not understand us and had no idea what our order was. When we pulled away we noticed we were missing a burger, the fries were cold and tasted like old oil, and the McChicken had lettuce on it with extra mayonnaise. We were able to get the burger we were missing but everything else went unnoticed. It is so frustrating to charge more and have terrible food. Also, they claim to have better customer service but then no one can understand you to help you.

Got a gravy biscuit combo through the drive through. There was no fork given. It happens. Went inside and there’s walls, chairs, tables and customers standing waiting for their orders. Nobody working there in attendance. Everyone was in the back. Stood there for several minutes and nothing. You guys may want to work on customer service on the inside.

Always have liked mc Ds but ever since they've took down the play place it's nothing like it used to be it was always a place to take the kids to play! Now you only go there for the food usually it's just going through the drive through now there's no reason to go in with out a play area.

This is the 4th time I've ordered burgers with extra onions and get no onions!!! 4 times and yall got it wrong every time. Please do better at reading the tickets that print off. Not that hard to make a sandwich with extra onions and everything else that comes on it.

Since this location has been under new management/ ownership the food has been much better, fries are always fresh & hot. The restaurant is always clean. I just wish it was more small kid friendly.

Went inside to jump in the bathroom for #2.Had to wait 10-15 minutes in front because someone was inside. When he got out, I realized he is employee. Thought he was just hiding from his supervisor or whoever just to burn clock, but now I can easily smell the vape. Kind a reminds me of weed smell, but I can't say for sure as it is really mild.What I do know is, I got here now and never again. No way I'm getting food here....
The experience is always bad they never want to take your order inside you will wait at least 30min for someone to take your order then it's always something missing like this morning I went through drive thru but I mostly go inside and had bought 4 sausage n cheese mcGriddles and one bacon egg n cheese mcGriddle guess what the bacon egg and cheese mcGriddle was not in the bag just terrible
