So I got rib steak and tender dinner. A waste of 30 bucks. The lemonade was disgusting. Had an after taste. That was fixed with a strawberry lemonade which was delicious. Now my meal... The food had ZERO seasoning. My broccoli was dried out. I didn't eat my food. The rice was dry. One thing I will say the ribs was falling off the bone. But the sauce wasn't good. I've been here before and the food was amazing. Even the steak had no seasoning. It was a little dry as well. Not sure what happened this time. I mean the food had no seasoning. Salt and pepper did nothing for it. It wasn't crowded and it didn't take long to get the food. Very disappointed. I was hungry yall. Ended up grabbing a darn burger on the way home when I left.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! We went with my family and there was only 5 other tables with people at them. We got there at 630pm and did not leave until 9pm. Had to leave our table to hunt down the manger that was extremely rude and unapologetic. Was served drinks with no ice and the wrong order multiple times. Food was ice and under cooked. This restaurant needs to be closed down and made into a gas station for everyone's benefit.

The food was okay, but this is the dirtiest place I have eaten in a long time the table was tacky and the restaurants just looked grungy. We had our toddler with us and my wife was just grossed out entirely

We used to frequent O'Charley's prior to the current manager that is there today. We decided to visit today (7/3/23). We sat in the bar area and I ordered salmon, sweet potato and Mac&cheese and my companion ordered a cheeseburger with fries. As I got half way through my mac&cheese, I was shocked when I grazed my fork over it and there was a black strand of hair in the middle of the dish. I brought to the bar tender's attention by showing him the Black hair and he shook his head and immediately apologized for it and he said that he will let the manager know. I don't have Black hair nor a color remotely close and my date is bald! It took a few minutes and we were expecting the manager to come out and instead, the bar tender came back with a message from the Manager that it was probably husk string from the corn. Now, how could that be unless you are double dipping with utensils which is a concern for cross contamination and risk for those who may have allergies to certain foods. Needless to say, I was floored that the bar tender would even tell us something foolishness like that when he has been with O'Charley's for years and should know better to tell a bold face lie. I have never been to a restaurant where a Manager didn't address the customer's concerns directly and definitely not O'Charley's until now. This IS NOT the O'Charley's that I know and if leadership doesn't step in and get this manager some training soon then you will continue to loose loyal customers.No regards,~MJ

Ordered a Patty o'Melt and I could of made this at home. The bread wasn't toasted at all and the meat bled through the bottom slice GROSS. I also ordered a side of loaded Mac and cheese 4.99 and I got one tablespoon of Mac and cheese that had 3 pieces of green onion in it, should consider changing the name to PATHETIC mac and cheese taster. my spouse got a rice bowl and it's just not good missing key ingredients that was advertised. Oh' Charley's once a great place to eat has now been bumped to my last option place.

Food was fantastic. Not busy but apparently short on staff. Mark, a manager came by several times to check on me and even poured my drink for me at the bar. Great customer service. Tried the new menu. I did all but lick my plate clean.

Ordered door dash. Had hair in my mashpotatoes. What a waist of 25 dollars for the food I ordered. Through it all out will never order or go there ever again. Also ordered ranch yep not in the bag. Must be high school rejects that can't read an order. Guess I'll half to go out and grab something else to eatKid-friendliness: Hhhh

The waitress was sweet and very understanding. The cobblers were horrible. The apples were hard, no tenderness, the crust was uncooked, very doughy, light seasoning. And my niece said the peaches were hard too also. The manager seemed unfazed and stated she would have the cook to put them back in the oven...

The waitress was nice but the service was soooo slow and the food was not good at all. My fries were burnt and greasy, and I'm not sure what my steak was. I love steak, but this had a funky taste and was slimy. We've been here many times but won't be back any time soon.

I like this spot because I always order their Cslifornia Salad. You can make substitutions with this meal which works perfect for me. Was told the chicken tenders were good as well. The place was less busy before the pandemic but seems to be doing fairly well now. Stopping here is a good idea.

The atmosphere was attempting to be a pub but felt more like a run-down restaurant with an outdated theme and bar in the middle that isn't being used. The service was friendly, but when four of us were seated in a booth made comfortably for two, we asked for one of the larger booths and were told they were short staffed. Within 5 minutes (we hadn't even placed our order) a couple and a group of three were seated at the lager booths across from us (make it make sense). The food was okay at best and mostly fried food. The chicken tenders were heavily battered with little chicken. Now I know why the place was fairly empty at 5pm on a Sunday.

The tables and doors at this location are sticky. Definitely an unclean vibe. The food was over seasoned possibly to cover up the frozen meal taste. Our server was also the bartender and she was the only good thing about our lunch experience. We usually give places a couple more shots, but this is DEFINITELY not going to be the case with O'Charley's.

Came during lunch. Food was excellent. Service was amazing. If you can come to the restaurant in Gastonia, NC ask for Brenda. She engaged in more than just forced conversation, make sure our drinks were filled, and made sure we had anything we needed. The hospitality was phenomenal and I plan on coming back soon!

Our server was horrible. The place was empty and we had to search high and low to get refills on water. One person ordered steak with Mac and cheese and mashed sweet potatoes. Steak was great. Mac had zero cheese. It tasted like old noodles with oil. The sweet potatoes had an awkward taste. Almost like perfume. It was awful. My fried chicken salad had chicken fresh out of the freezer on it. Hubby's dinner was cold as well. Not happy. Won't be back.

There clearly was not a kitchen manager on duty. Noone doing quality control either. Our server was doing her best but it is not her job to cook our food only to serve it. Another server completely flipped out on her table right next to us. Food was coming out undercooked or very greasy. They are understaffed and need to get it together. I would not go back until they have had the time to do so.
