I had a poor experience the last time I was at this location, but it’s been over a year, so I thought I would try again this evening.My mom and I were served by Cierra; she took our order and we asked if we could have some extra napkins for the table. Cierra brought out a large, unopened package of napkins, slapped them on the table with a “is this enough for you?” before walking off. Strike one.Cierra brought out our food and said “I feel like you guys are making faces at me”. What?We weren’t, but this was just our second interaction, and the first interaction was already bizarre. Strike two.At the end of our meal, we sat for quite sometime and were parched as we had not been checked on since getting our food. The restaurant was not busy and we just wanted to collect a carry out box, pay, and go as the experience had not been a good one. Cierra brought out a coke for my mom. I asked for a box. Her gaze fixed on my mom, Cierra proceeded to say “you had me bring that Coke all the way out here for you and you’re not going to drink it?”. We didn’t ask for a refill. She hadn’t checked on us. When we asked for the check she replied “I guess you want me to bring that to you as well.” Am I missing something? This is thrice we were spoken to with a snarky, unnecessary, unwarranted comment.I understand everyone is human and we all have ‘off’ days. I get it. The whole experience at this location was terrible. AGAIN. Once I got home, the whole situation just wasn’t sitting right with me, so I called the restaurant and politely asked to speak to a manager. I no more than got those words out and I was hung up on.

Had an excellent Lunch here. Got the Steak Fajitas lunch portion, which was still a generous size plate, with freshly made homemade tortillas - outstanding! Meat was cooked very well, and tasted delicious. Pam my server was attentive and friendly. Met the Manager also was great.Mexican Restaurant Chain, but delicious. Lunch is not crowded at all.Parking: Good sized lot.

The steak was well done. I ordered medium rare! They said they would cook another one. I think it was the same steak they just warmed it back up !!! The cook made another one. This was medium, and the kicker was it had so much fat and gristle in it!! The atmosphere was very cold. Service was horrible. The manager didn't really care, or the cook was even worse. Do not go here!!!Went last night around 7pm, sat down, waited 20 min , never even got a drink order in. 3 employees kept walking by never stopping.So we got up and left. First time and last time.

Savannah and the manager of this location are the best! She’s very awesome at being a bartender and made great drinks and was personable. Although one of the servers pulling the casual Gen Z attitude towards us and her coworkers, the manager handled it immediately and didn’t see her again.
