We ordered ahead through the app and picked up in the drive thru. They forgot my husband’s sandwich in his You Pick Two. When we got home and discovered the error, we tried to call to speak to a manager, but nobody answered.I submitted a complaint online and hope customer service will respond and credit us the missing item.

We had not been to Panera in several years but we were given a gift card and we are so glad that it got us back into the restaurant. They continue to have a great sandwich/salad/soup menu, and their pastries are excellent. The service at the register wasn't great, but the food was done quickly.

Never had a bad experience at this location (knock on wood). I ordered pick up on the app, drive thru. Super fast and friendly employee at the window. I ordered the Mediterranean Veggie. So yummy ?

This place is horrible. They do commissary style now. Never have sweets after 2pm! What we got is all we got mentality. Sell out of everything. Place is dirty and staff is rude!
