I ordered 3 pizzas and one was burnt. I spoke to the manager on duty and he told me to bring it back the following day and speak to the general manager which I did. This general manager, Ken, tells me there nothing wrong with and he wouldn’t do anything about it. I called the corporate office right there in front of him. He then informs me that he “ has already gotten ahead of it”…so that tells me clearly that someone higher up needs to be asked some hard questions. I just seen another review from just a week ago about the exact same situation and same manager! What is going on with this location?

Vegetarian options: The pizza is delicious. My favorite is the veggie pizza. I will be trying those new bit soon. It would be even better if it came with a variety box. I could taste all of them ?

I got my pizza and it was burnt I call the general manager said he made it and Nthn was wrong with it I have never had such a bad service from papa John’s will not order from this location ever again I promise that I see on here they mostly have bad reviews they need to get rid of everybody the works

I just placed an order and unfortunately the door dash driver stole it. Got a call from the store and they offered to re do our food and a refund. I have never had an issue before and Jules was amazing and so helpful. Thank you again Jules for all your help.

I did a company order, needed to make a date change and the gentleman screwed everything up about the order. I called corporate and they still did not want to offer customer service. I demanded to have the order replaced. Horrible experience.

Ordered through door dash and got the wrong pizza! I asked for the cheesy Alfredo pizza and got cheesy breadsticks with marinara and called the store spoke with ken. Very rude and nasty and honestly didnt allow me to talk and talking over me. You personally made my Alfredo pizza but I got breadsticks. I will never order from them again!
