The place itself is nasty. The general manager looks like a hobo, he’s always very rude, and does not fit the smoothie king image you have in your head, it’s gross. Everyone acts like they hate being there, which in turn, makes them rude. These are hard times for everyone, but geez try being happy! the place needs a major spring cleaning. From top to bottom. That includes the staff. Will never go back under these circumstances, could only imagine what it looks like in the back of the restaurant??? They just don’t care there, I’ll keep you posted if it gets a redo or no,, but right now, no!

The service was horrible!!! I was given the wrong smoothie. My daughter got sick bc she can't eat nuts. They fixed them over again. One of the employees asked me did I pay for them!!! The receipt was in my hand, I was racially profiled, and to make it worse, the manager Robert took up for her ignorance! Then told me the next one would be on him. That was a lie! He wasn't there and I was told he had to be ther. It went from horrible to just unbelievable!!!!

I came her 2 times and the service was outstanding. Brylie waited on me and made my smoothie bowl. Her customer service is 5 star. Very polite and made my smoothie bowl absolutely perfect. Shout out to Brylie!!!

Absolutely gross! I usually get a medium which turns out ok. Every time I order a large, they screw it up badly!! I had already left, so I contacted corporate to express my displeasure. Corporate promises to reimburse me for the smoothie but they need my credit card info. I gave it to them (against every scam scary bone in my body) and what do you know, NO REFUND!! Why say you are issuing a refund if you are not going to issue a refund? Either way, this smoothie is nasty, just plain nasty!! I took the lid off after tasting how disgusting it was and what the heck is this mess???? No smoothies for me for a long time!!

Best smoothie I’ve ever had in my life. I tried the watermelon extreme with strawberries, frozen vanilla yogurt, bananas, mangos, blueberries, and immune support. There are extra charges but I was fine with that. First time visiting and all of the staff were friendly and kind to me. They all provided excellent customer service and I truly appreciate that.

This has got to be the slowest smoothie king in history!!!!!! They move like snails getting ordered done! So many ppl waiting and they don’t care! (Currently been waiting 20 mins for an açaí bowl) first and last time here!
Just had the most amazing experience at this location . I regret not getting the two ladies names . They're awesome ! Traveling through from Los Angeles . The two ladies working at 7:30pm on 4/21/2023 are stellar . They were friendly welcoming and made our stop here the best . Went in for a smoothie & left with unforgettable moment on our family trip . Thank you ladies . Thank you for your patience while ordering and for labeling our drinks ... everything was perfect

Not even gonna lie i've been three times in the past 5 days because i've been doing a low carb diet and the angel food slim is the most delicious smoothie ever!! it's been really good for managing weight as well. The workers are always friendly and patient. the chairs inside are very convenient. who doesn't love sittin down?
