I honestly feel ashamed that I haven't written a review sooner. This is my favorite place to eat in the world. I get so frustrated with normal restaurants and their lack of quality, or if they deign to give me quality, to make me pay an arm and a leg for it. This restaurant gives me fresh, REAL, incredibly flavorful food every single time for an incredibly reasonable price. I try to treat myself to a meal here at least once a week, but often find myself going more. Excuse the poor food photography, but the picture below is a fresh housemade brussel sprout salad that explodes with flavor, and a grilled chicken sandwich perfectly cooked with a brioche bun, topped with caramelized Onions, Tomato Jam, avocado, mixed Greens Feta/Mozzarella Cheese Blend and Garlic Herb Aioli. The first bite sent me to heaven, the second bite made me realize what a fool I've been for not writing a review sooner. I love this place and the chef here deserves every award for quality food possible. The staff are also very genuine, patient, and intelligent people, which is a rare combination to find in the world anymore. Thank you sprouts!!

The food looks great and taste pretty yummy and there are a lot of vegan, vegetarian and protein options. Husband got a burger and it was amazing. I had the vegetarian wrap and it had great flavor, the grilled cheese was good for the kids. Good service and kid friendly.
This establishment is a two part business. There is a store front and a restaurant. When I first pulled in, I was confused because the store portion was closed. I then drove to the back, and voila, the restaurant was located. As you enter, there's a small rack in the middle of room where the menus are stored. Next to the rack is a daily menu blackboard. I missed the rack storing the menu, so I stood at the counter, read the menu and placed my order. My husband had the salmon BLT wrap without the bacon (FYI: the bacon is turkey). I could immediately tell he did not like it. Call it woman's intuition lol. I offered him my vegan burger and I had half of the salmon wrap. I honestly believe a little more seasoning and a sauce would have greatly enhanced the flavor of the salmon wrap. We looked for hot sauce, but we didn't find any on the tables. The lake slaw was good. The side of fruit was also good. The vegan burger was very tasty and well received. My husband wanted one to go. I ordered the vegan pancakes and the vegan waffle, along with an impossible burger to go. I didn't enjoy the pancakes and waffle texture, but my husband ate his burger. The restaurant feels cozy. You can see inside the kitchen from the dining area. A live Performer was singing. If in the area again, I would go back for the homemade burger.

Sprouts Cafe is a gem in Gastonia, NC. Perfect for the vegans and vegetarians to have a nice variety of menu options, but don't worry they have some meaty favorites as well . The food is fresh like the garden was outside the door. I'm not in town often so I had to get my go to Shroom Cap Sandwich with a side of Brussel Sprout Cold Slaw. To be honest words don't do this sandwich justice. The only thing that could describe it is the burst of flavors that massage your taste buds. A marinated grilled portabella mushroom topped with caramelized onions, tomato jam, mixed greens with a blend of feta/mozzarella finished with a garlic herb aioli. The flavors marry each other well with a side of sweet tangy Brussel sprout slaw. If you are a local resident or visiting from out of town go get you good service with a smile.

I am so excited and pleasantly pleased to find such a tasty vegetarian location. The dill potato soup, as seen in the picture was wonderful and not heavily laden with potatoes. I had the vegetarian wrap and absolutely loved the brussel sprout sprout salad.
