I've only been here a couple times, out of whipped cream both times. This time they made a tall instead of the grande that was ordered, then failed to add any of the other topping that go on the drink. Luckily another employee started making the drinks and when asked for the correct size he actually put the other toppings on. The whole experience was off putting.

This place is ridiculous. Never in my life have I placed mobile orders and get there 20 mins later and my order isn't ready and on top of that they say it's going to be another 30 mins!!!!! It's almost Everytime I place an order. Cooperate better do something about that. I actually had to get a refund today. And no one was able to show the girl how to do a refund so we stood there for another 10 mins!!!!!! And on top of that I never got my refund back on my mobile gift card!!!!!! F that place. I'll go to Dunkin for now on

Either out of something or something isn’t working. If you go 15-20 mins before closing they turn off everything. Do better.

Whilst waiting in line the two workers (guy and girl, sunday @around 6) kept exchanging conversation while i had to stand and wait and they kept pulling money out of the register and not really paying attention. I ordered a grande matcha tea latte, asked to add sweet cream cold foam and a shot of espresso.When i received my drink there was no cold foam and the two workers kept exchanging conversations with another customer BOTH at the register and when i called for them it took a while for them to help me. They then informed me they did not have cold foam and told me they just added the sweet crème into my drink and then the same person who took my order followed it up with “if it tastes nasty we’ll remake it for you” as if he already knew they didn’t have the cold foam but still made my drink anyway without informing me before hand.To sum it up i’m not really mad at the fact that i had to wait if they were busy but they weren’t, the conversation and the money could’ve been handled after the line of people they had and they should’ve communicated that they did not have something that i asked for and not have replaced it with something else without asking me.

Sarah and Destiny were awesome! Quick and friendly! I enjoyed talking to Sarah about our travels around the country while waiting for my coffee. The Starbucks across the street is always closed for one reason or another, so I was glad to see this one had seating and the line moved so quickly!

Sarah and Destiny were super great! They helped us pick our drinks and even let us sample something new!! They definitely were great at upwelling because we both ended up getting loaf bread, which was what we sampled! We will definitely be back!

Worst Starbucks EVER. I do a mobile order 30 minutes prior to picking it up and it still wasn't ready 42 minutes later! The barista said if it's not there, we're still working on it. I asked, how much longer. I had to leave without my $9 coffee!!!!! DO BETTER! HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE. 42 minutes for a coffee is ridiculous.

The employees are a fresh mind their own business type of crowd. Young. Handicap accessible. Great environment e for everyone. 3 stars on price. Love it. Second time here. You basically need to bank on at least 30 minutes in the drive thru, on a good day. Only 4 cars in front of me and still took that long. They just don't seem to have ppl working. My first time took over 30 minutes but thought that was a fluke and gave it a second try. Def my last time. Sad.
