I ordered delivery and the sandwiches were barely wrapped. If someone is getting an order delivered by a stranger, it may be a good idea to wrap them up tight, and put stickers on them. The Subway near my work, in Charlotte, does that with both layers of wrapping. I thought they would do that here.Second, my mother found plastic in her sandwich, and they left stuff off that she ordered. This was a disgrace.

When I came in there was only 1 employee up front, he mentioned the other being in the bathroom. They ere very busy. The employee working the line was doing his absolute best but the other one came back from the bathroom and didn't even wash his hands before putting gloves on. GROSS!!! He wasn't friendly at all. Every time he didn't have an ingredient on the line he rolled his eyes at the customer before going to the back to get it. He was slamming lids and condiment bottles. It was very uncomfortable for me and it wasn't even my order. The man that seemed to be in charge was GREAT

My review is just to inform anyone wanting to use the coupons at this particular location.Just an fyi, to date this location doesn’t accept corporate coupons. Franchise owners with subway can decide if their location accepts mailer coupons or not.We go here regularly, sometimes service is great and at other times it’s been poor but I take the good with the bad. :)

The girl that was training the other girl was do buddy and had an attitude problem. Our sandwiches were extremely scarse on the meat and toppings. Then she wanted to try to tell me how my sandwich should be. Little girl do what customers request when you're making their food in which they are paying for. And get rid of the attitude. It's Subway !

I ordered Online today and they messed it up not once but twice. I'm talking had to drive up there give them the sub and receipt for them to read the order off the receipt and make it wrong again. The manager Amanda said did you not watch her make it. I was like this is not for me its a online order for a reason. You want me to do the job for you. Like come on please avoid this location

On Wednesday we ordered 3 subs for delivery. About 30 minutes later the manager called and said they were out of bread. Come on now. So naturally I was like cancel the order. After about a week of waiting for a refund, me and Matt went up there and inquired about our order. The store manager replaced our subs and that was it. Overall bad experience that was made right.

We placed 2 online orders that were scheduled to be ready at 440 I got there to pick it up a few minutes after they hadn't started making the food yet. They were out of white bread and only had one order. Have no idea about the second. I showed both confirmation numbers Spoke to the store owner and the manager Was there over thirty minutes ended up leaving the store without Is my food or my money It was absolute catastrophe I am very upset and I am Going to tell everyone I know about This experience I was offered no Solution to this problem, at the very least. They should have given me my food for free. After being there for 30 minutes now. I'm tasked with figuring out something else for dinner. After wasting time at this disgusting location. I hope I can drive as many people as I can away from that particular Subway. And after this experience, I will never step foot in another Subway again. You have lost a loyal customer.I wish I had read the reviews before I went like this is a constant problem for them. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else anywhere else.These people are thieves. I still haven't gotten all my money back. Gonna have to contact my bank. And I am absolutely reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the WORST subway around Gastonia area. They always mess stuff up, take forever, and just got a idgaf attitude. I placed an online order and they forget the meat to my salad. Then when I called to fix the issue, since I couldn’t make it back to the subway, they decided not to answer the phone. Subway has lost a customer for good!
