I have to said that I enjoy going to this subway to have lunch and customers service is awesome and great staff always and Josh is the most amazing manager ever in this store! He always makes sure that you have an amazing experience and he will always ask you how was your meal and he’s always there for you when you need him!!! I highly recommend you go to this subway restaurant in Union road in Gastonia NC!!!!

I give this place a one star. My first time visiting this particular subway, I came in and two young girls were working the front. Neither one of them addressed me being there or told me to give them a few minutes while they finished up a few online orders or anything. They just continue working, talking to each other. After a few minutes standing there and no one addressing me, I finally ask if they had a lot of orders. One girl say “yes, a lot of online orders.” I say okay and turn to leave. Neither one them say anything. FYI on customer service, all they had to say was “Hello, we will be right with you, we are finishing up some online orders and will get to you soon as possible.” Nothing else had to be said and I would have waited and you would have got payment for the sub. Just ridiculous!

After eating at the Union road location, I thought to give this one a try since it's closer. That was a mistake. The bread was obviously not fresh and the cookies were stale and tasted days old. I'll be sticking to Union road.

Always perfect. Employees are very nice and don't rush but also don't take forever, they go at a good pace to not get anything wrong but also to let us go back to whatever we are doing fast. They know that we go in to get food fast and not be waiting forever, they make sure that we want to come back again.

I'm a fairly regular customer, the food is ok, but the one woman working there is never friendly, Never greets me, & just plain rude, but however the other one, who I think is kind of new, did however ask how I was doing, But the other is just not friendly, pretty much rude. Unfriendly service is just plain very bad business!!!! There are plenty other choices to eat, which most of them understand the importance of FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!
