This location has always had very slow lines, staff that clearly doesn’t care about anything, and messes up the order a bunch.I have avoided this location for years and thought maybe they’ve improved. Nope. The worst tasting and most poorly made burritos ever and they forgot a burrito. I’ve been to a hundred thousand TBs and this one is the worst. Consistently the worst. 100% not exaggerating.Maybe the day staff is better but the night staff never fail to always fail.Just drive to the one in Belmont and avoid this arm pit.

Went through the drive thru and asked for no sour cream on anything, well got home and everything has sour cream, so I go to call a manager and no answer several times. Once I went back to Taco Bell I stood there being ignored for a good 5 minutes I even called again to watch the reaction of the manager and they honestly she could care less about that phone ringing. I finally had to speak up to get someone to fix my order. But yeah go to east Franklin it’s not as ghetto and lazy.

The person at the window, and taking the order were rude. They obviously didn't like their job. We waited 25 mins in the line to get to the speaker to order. And was told to hold a minuteThey were doing the orders 1 car at a time, so the line was all the way around the building. We got our food, it was done incorrectly and was cold. I will never go to this location again.
