Hostess seemed very distracted and slightly annoyed. Waitstaff was in a hurry and had trouble keeping drinks filled and table bussed. Steaks were slightly overdone and sides were cold and tasted old. Not our normal experience here and it was only a Wednesday night.

We just flew in from Washington State and were so excited to eat at the Texas Roadhouse... Our food was amazing but the service was very disappointing ?

We love txrh! My son wanted to come after his school event on his 18th birthday. Never been disappointed here until now, the server, Benjamin on 4/16 wouldn't bring anything we asked my son kept going to get someone different to help him or bring items we needed. We told him it was his birthday and he said yea cool didn't sing or anything. Drinks not refilled and having to go to the front to ask for things.. Food is always amazing, we'll still come back, but for what we paid and the service or lack there of its just disappointing and for his birthday. The experience just wasn't it. Still left him a small tip, but do better especially on someones special day, Benjamin.

So, steak has no pink, paid extra for loaded baked potato, no butter, very little cheese. Then extra 99c for the Mac and cheese side, didn't like the cheese sauce, prefer real cheese and baked mac-n-cheese when paying to eat out. ?

After cooking all day myself I decided to let someone cook for Me. 15 min wait (so we were told). Ordered immediately since we looked over the menu during our wait. Wife ordered Steak Med Well, I had Steak Med. Food came fairly timely... However... Our potatoes were mixed up on the plate. Wife Med Well Steak was very well done. My Steak was closer to well than med well and I ordered Med. Photos added below. Server said he'd get his Mgr. We were ready to go before he/she came.Server (Ramsey) was good. Was not and am not upset with him. He did his job well.Mgr. Never came.Reading the reviews below mine.. gotta love the generic responses.
