Twin Tops has ALWAYS been our favorite fish camp for 50 years! We were disappointed in the taste of the food. It’s just so different now. The flounder filet was thin (very little fish) and tough. It tasted like “fish jerky”. The fried mushrooms tasted like they were cooked in turpentine. The salt and pepper catfish was ok but you couldn’t really taste the salt and pepper. The tartar sauce was still real good (best I’ve had anywhere else). Fries, hush puppies, baked potato, tea and slaw were still very good. There is also a big difference in the amount of food we get now. Before a half order looked more like a full order. Now the full order looks more like a half order. We are aware that Twin Tops is having construction issues and is now under new management. We will try them again in the future and just hope this time was just a fluke.
Paid $90 for 4 supposed specials, which was overpriced, then didn't get all my items that were supposed to be in it and then got food poisoning cause had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea pretty bad after eating it ? that lasted 2-days, should have called health services on them... do not recommend this place at all. Eat at your own risk. LKTrash

I got the seafood platter. Was very impressed with how much food I got. It could have fed 3 people! The tartar sauce is house made and pulls it together.

The flounder is delicious, but I don’t order fries from here anymore. The fries are stale and not done enough. Get a baked potato instead. Overall delicious seafood.

Just ordered a senior flounder filet plate with fries and onion rings and it was incredible. My mom loved the tarter sauce, and everything else was so good. We will be back..
I got my food to go, the pick up area was a bit small but clean and tidy, thus 4 stars.The food I get is always 5 star which is why I am a multiple repeat customer, very highly recommend the salt and pepper catfish most of all!Service has always been nice and pleasant as well.

On June 3rd, 2023 my family called in an order for 5 people. Picked it up, it was $100 and it was absolutely horrible. Nothing tasted the way it should. The shrimp didn't even taste like shrimp. Chicken tenders were almost burnt and were dry and fries were almost burnt. The slaw & tartar sauce were disgusting, had a chemical taste that made our throats burn. Made us sick. Stomachs have not been the same since. Still dealing with the after effects. We will not be returning.

Worst plate of fish I have ever had. Ordered a full order of filet of flounder. Burned to a crisp and tasted like the oil had not been changed in a long while. Fries were burnt also. The fish was so bad that the neighbors cats next door would not eat it. I will never visit this restaurant again.

Was super excited to try this restaurant, called to place an order it rang with no answer. No biggie, we called again just to have the call ignored after the 2nd ring we tried again a bit later with the same thing a few rings and then was hung up on. We decided against eating here after being hung up.
