Ordered an asiago chicken sandwich combo meal with chili cheese fries from door dash on Friday April 5, 2024 and received a 'sandwich' wrapped in a wrapper labeled 'hamburger' that was just a small bun with onions on it and cheese bacon fries. For the price of the order plus door dash fees, this is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. The name on the receipt was accurate so I know it wasn't someone else's food that I was given by mistake. I will not be ordering from this Wendy's ever again.

Y'all are never prepared and asking at customer to wait 15 minutes because Lunch is not ready is crazy. You get that ready before lunch is every started. Do better !

Slowest drive thru ever. You can tell they only care about their timer. They intentionally won't take a drive thru order until the person in front is fully finished with getting their food. You have more employees than customers and it takes 20 minutes to just to order with a line of 3.Eventually I got it of line to go inside. Guy at the register just walks up and stands there. No greeting or "what can I get you?". Just silence. Is this how you train your staff to take orders?I live right around the corner and sadly won't be back.

Yesterday I waited inside for 15 minutes. No-one acknowledged me. Finally a lady told me lobby is closed we are drive thru only. If you aren’t going to open your lobby put a sign up. Also I know they saw me and didn’t tell me anything.

Employees were polite. Service was quick. I enjoyed my vanilla frosty and cheeseburger! I am looking forward to trying more menu items. The salads look great.

I am a regular at this location because I enjoy Wendy’s breakfast before I go to work in the mornings but for the 3 years that I have been working nearby this Wendy’s I have never appreciated the management, The attitude of the staff, Nor the speed of service.The other day I went through the drive-through to pick up a mobile order. There was no cars in the parking lot or the drive-through at this time. As soon as I pulled up to the window, The short, older black lady asked me to pull up to the door to wait for my order. As I looked behind me, I noticed there was still no one in the drive-through but me. So I said, “Why? You’re not helping any other customers right now.” She replies, “BECAUSE I HAVE A DRIVE THRU TIMER AND IF IT RUNS OUT WE COULD GET IN TROUBLE!” I then said “So? Go faster! The only reason you want me to pull up to the door is so that you can take your time.” She then slams the drive-through window shut and continues to make my order. Then she purposely tries to hand me a small coffee instead of the medium coffee I ordered. I just looked at her And said “That’s not medium.” Then she slams the drive-through window again and goes and pours what was in the small cup into the medium cup, instead of making a whole new medium coffee as she should’ve but I disregarded that because I was ready to just leave. After a few minutes, She finally h ands me the correct order and after I say, “thank you” She says, “Next time you wanna come through my drive-through and take up my drive-through time I WILL NOT SERVE YOU! I looked at her in her face and said again “That’s not my problem. Each order should be done before that timer runs out. It’s your fault if that timer runs out. You just wanna take your time and get yourself in trouble!” Then I drove off.

Food is good but the drive thru is terrible. Don’t go through the drive thru if you’re in a hurry. Never had rude service, just slow as all get out.
