The good news is the pizza came about 10 minutes earlier then the app said it would. The bad is it was a waste of money. The pizza was burnt and the breadsticks had a tiny little cup of dipping sauce that was probably only half full at best. I won't order from here again.

Looking for a quick, easy, close meal last week. Ordered our go to pizza from the hut. Thin crust with pineapple, mushrooms and chicken. It was loaded with all the ingredients and was fantastic. The crust was perfect. Restored my faith in the Hut.

Absolutely terrible pizza had to hear it up for 20 minutes at 375 to get to to be crispy. I'm from the north and know how a detroit pizza should be.

Big shoutout to the pizza maker and delivery team. We appreciate you and your willingness to keep open during these times. We order pan pizzas in a Thursday night taking a break from all this stay at home cooking. The pizza arrived 40 mins after ordering which was amazing time considering how busy they were. Driver arrived clean well groomed car clean and pizza was piping hot. The pizza looked those pizzas you see in the commercials were there mounds of meat in every slice. Thank you for a job well down, your professionalism.

I don't really expect much out of a pizza place. It's pizza. It's a super not spectacular or anywhere near award winning. My expectations are pretty normal. I expect my pizza reasonably priced, hot, with the correct toppings and dips delivered quickly or in a reasonable amount of time. This place is only 5 minutes from my house. I understand I could easily drive there...but who really wants to do that when they are PMS'ing, having a bad day, sick, tired, or just sick and tired when delivery is offered? I consistently get screwed over by this place when it comes to delivery, toppings, and dips. Most of the time when I get upset, it's because my delivery isn't here in well over an hour. Therefore, I leave the house to drive there and walk in and they never fail to talk about how short staffed they are, someone running behind, etc. I can't tell you how many times I've had to go pick my pizza up and still paid the delivery fee. Pretty sure I'm owed about 10 free pizzas by now. Who owns this place? Do you ever visit? Do you read these reviews? I get that some reviews are a one-time thing by an enraged customer who believes things are supposed to run at 100%, 100% of the time. I don't. This keeps happening to us and apparently a norm for anyone I comment to about it. I was recently told to just order from a food delivery app for the quickest delivery from literally any other pizza place. How about you all become available for placing orders via Grub Hub, Uber Eats, Postmates, or Door Dash. That fixes your issue with short staff. I'm still not sure if that's going to fix the staff inside that seem to not be doing much of anything anytime I visit the store. Not only are they not doing much, I don't get the "my life sucks, go eff yourself" attitude the employees give off. Also, why isn't an estimated delivery time given BEFORE I order so I know how behind or short staffed they are? I literally just now placed an order and the estimated of arrival of a pizza from a place 5 minutes from my house is 123-133 minutes. WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!? I honestly love Pizza Hut pizza, which is why I keep ordering it. But I'm getting beyond upset at the consistent excuses and late deliveries. If my order is wrong again, I'll be back to update that. I'll also be back to complain every time I have a crap experience. Pizza is not hard, ya'll.

Ordered a dinner box with a cheese pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. The cheese on the pizza was overdone, there was more sauce than cheese on the pizza. The box was carried off center and cheese from one side shifted most of the way off. The cinnamon sticks were up against the breadsticks causing them to taste like the cinnamon sticks. Overall a very disappointing meal.

Was on hold for 10 minutes they kept picking up and putting me back on hold after never even answering the phone. I called back and was on hold while I drove five minutes there. When I walked, two people working not busy at all and said their phones were down. How are phone lines down when Someone picks up the phone and keeps putting you on hold. If you're gonna lie about being lazy find a better excuse! I called Pizza Hut home office and this one is locally owned so just wanted to let everyone know. I definitely won't be back.

We order online for delivery and Carryout from this store every week. Never had any issues. Drivers are fast, food is always hot. Store is one of the cleanest I've seen. Staff is always polite.

The most grossly rude and inappropriate staff I have ever been in contact with. Not a single one of the drivers have managed to find my house, the manager was rude to me then hung up on me. I will never eat at this pizza hut again.
