Came to this Bojango’s and LORD today… let’s start with the young lady by the name of Tremendous… she came through the door… didn’t speak and the first thing comes out her mouth is, “I’m on BREAK”… she was very rude and when she was walking out the door she said, “Bryan, make sure don’t nobody touch my headset, yall know how yall be doing sh—“… no ma’am this is a business you have no business talking like that!! She don’t need a job and she should be fired!! The restaurant was clean and everyone else was friendly…

There was 4 people ahead of me in line (and 1 of them left) and it took over 10 minutes just to place my order and then another 20 minutes (yes I said 20 minutes) to get my food and it was cold! Over 30 minutes to get a biscuit, fries and drink!

Went thru drive thru, asked for senior discount and it wasn't given. Cashier didn't speak and acted like we were disrupting her morning. Pick up window wasn't much better. Not hard to say good morning and thank you. We won't visit this Bojangles again even with the food being good. Terrible customer service.
Came here Sunday at 6 pm and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line with only 2 other cars. We only ordered French fries and a drink do not recommend coming here unless you have

After waiting 20 minutes after I place my order, my food was cold! As I did not live in Goldsboro and was on my way back home I did not go back in and argue. Either they need to staff the store correctly or get a whole new crew. This was at 8:00 p.m. on a Monday night.
