Look, I'm not saying this is a gourmet restaurant, I'm just saying that the people do their best and that the food was made correctly and the fries were damn hot. The store manager has been there since at least 2008 and that's gotta be good with consistency of practices. They might not be perfect but they deserve some kindness every now and again.

Drive thru took forever the guy actually said and the speaker that he had to go to the bathroom and Left the drive thru before we completed our order. The lady who finally finished our order acted as if it was a chore... 22.00 for 2 combos only to get home to find cold food and no condiments ?

Took 21 minutes from the time on my receipt to get my food. Was hoping it would at least be fresh. Got my hopes up, bc it wasn't fresh. Thought maybe it was just one or two employees that acted like the life was being sucked outta em, but after watching the manager interact with customers, I can see why the employees acted this way. I'm good. I'll visit a BK in another city before coming back to this one.

The drive thru is always slow whether you're just grabbing a couple of drinks or a meal order. From the drive through window you can see behind the service line and there was trash on the floor. I seen employees grabbing stuff from shelves (not food items) and then going on to prepare food. I left without picking up my food and demanded a refund. The level of cleanliness is not on pare with their health score. The health inspectors need to do better as does some of these fast food restaurants
