I do DoorDash, so for me to be able to get in. And out of a place is crucial. However, the fact that their parking lot is not equipped to deal with the influx of customers is atrocious and to be flatly honest, they really need to do something about their parking lot because it seems all they care about is trying to deal with there. Odd drive through that has two lanes and it is just, it's really bad

Order was wrong. They did away with curbside and I wasn’t aware. I pressed the wrong option when I submitted my order. After I realized I called in the store (my child was asleep in the car & I didn’t want to get him out). She kindly said that’s fine go through drive thru. When I got up there I explained what happened & that I was told I come this way. THREE people were standing there. One rolled her eyes. One looked confused at how to get an order from the pick up line. And one was more concerned about who allowed it & who I talked to. After 7 minutes they finally brought me my food & it was wrong. At this point I was over it. Bring back curbside please.
I have ALWAYS been a chick fil a fan…never ever will I spend my money there again. My grandpa is currently in hospice, we don’t have much time to leave to get anything to eat before anything happens to him so we ran to chick fil a real quick. Ordered A LOT food didn’t receive an order of fries (that we paid for), so chick fil a WAS going to be our lunch today again, told the man we would like the fries we didn’t receive yesterday has to go ask the manager go ask the manager. Manager wants a receipt, well no I don’t have a receipt because y’all tape it on the bag? Did you call? No I didn’t call I’m not in a place to call as I’m in HOSPICE WAITING FOR MY GRANDPA TO DIE. And Mr manager no, you don’t understand. And you’re not sorry. I thought highly of Chick fil a…I wasn’t asking for just free fries WE PAID FOR THEM YESTERDAY AND YOU SCREWED UP and we were quite literally going to order just as much food as we did yesterday. The most insulting part is you guys basically accused us of lying….IF I WANTED FREE FOOD I COULD SIMPLY WALK 10 STEPS DOWN TO THE HOSPICE FAMILY ROOM…..I know y’all don’t care it’s very obvious but I’ve spent a ton of money at chick fil a and I certainly WON’T ever again & I’ll make sure everyone that associates with me or my family doesn’t either.

Honestly love this place but for the past 3 weeks I have driven through to get my order messed up I ask for GRILLED CHICKEN get FRIED … upgrade my meal to a large Tea get a medium…I don’t say anything ,mistakes happen but when it’s constantly happens it’s ridiculous I’ve even called and tell the mgr she says can you come back ??? No! Not when you get a 1/2 hour for lunch ! Slow down and make it right and keep everyone happy …
