Came in yesterday with my family. The line was 12 deep. There was a young man running the entire front of the restaurant. It was obviously one of his first days and was absolutely overwhelmed. He was working very hard and was EXTREMELY polite. 6 other obviously seasoned employees stood near by chatting and stocking, offering occasional advice to the kid but couldn't be bothered to actually help. We watched for 15 minutes as this kid went through hell as the rest of the staff looked on... we wont be back and kid, if you see this, literally everywhere else is hiring!!!!

They've gone downhill over the years. When they first opened you got generous servings of ingredients. Now they are getting kinda skimpy. The thing that bothers me the most is the attitude of the staff. They had half the items were missing from the steam table. The people working there seemed to be angry at the customer (me) for having the audacity to ask how long before they'd be ready?Real nasty response. "I can't pin point a time, you want it or not. As she slammed the tray down. I kindly let her put the top on and told her "or not" This is simply not acceptable. My money will not be spent anywhere they don't have the decency to treat me with respect. You keep your bowl. I'll keep my money and my dignity.

The attention is very good. The food was very good. But the place was dirty. There was a lot of garbage on the floor, dirty tables. For this reason I would not return to this restaurant. I've been to other Chipotle restaurants and it's the first one I've seen poorly served.

My burrito had no meat flavor, all I could taste was sour cream & corn and that was over steak & chicken which there wasn’t much. Burrito was huge & packed with white rice & beans when I ordered steak & chicken which I couldn’t even find any chicken. The queso barely had any taste either it was just hot, like spicy. I don’t think I’ll go to chipotle again because for the price & size of the burrito I expected more than a white rice roll, also the tortilla was very rubbery and we could barely bite it in the middle. I’m also going to call the 1-800 number or take the online survey because this was a terrible experience.

I was in store telling gentleman what I wanted. It seemed as if they had ran out of corn. I saw one of the workers get.some corn from online order section and put in the refrigerator. I asked if I could get.a scoop of corn from over there. The young lady quickly told me No. It was for online orders online. I told her that made no sense, since I was currently in the store and paying for food as well. She continued to refuse to give me the corn. I don't understand that at all..

When I pulled up the employees were slinging a tortilla around at each other. I didn't see what hey did with it so I ordered a bowl. The employee just slapped my food down in the bowl. I was looking around, and there really weren't any toppings available except for lettuce and guacamole. The kitchen was dirty, which made me question my purchase in the future. Honestly, Bon fire around the corner is friendlier with more toppings and better tasting food.

Paid $12 for a bowl of rice, pintos and cheese (with spinach and lettuce I didn't want in it) and my mom got a 1/2 a salad that was $12. Love chipotle it will not be returning to this location
