I hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid living in Florida, but I have a little one now and thought that she might enjoy it. I'll start by saying that the pizza was surprisingly good. I remember loving it as a kid, but all pizza is amazing as a kid and my tastes have changed. I really prefer a good New York style pizza now, but if I was ranking the national chaina vs CC, I think they would place in the top one or two. I was pleasantly surprised.Next I'll say that the days of tokens and tickets, though I certainly have a lot of nostalgia for them, are gone and for the better. Now you can still buy credits if you want, but there's a better alternative now in the form of unlimited play time. We bought an hour of play and my daughter played her little heart out throwing footballs into the goal. As for tickets, they all go straight to your card now so you don't have to keep track of them. Good so far.Last I'll mention the overall facility atmosphere, and here is where I took points off. We have been twice now, and there are quite a few machines that are broken and have stayed broken. On their website they mention that they try to keep, I think, a 90 percent up time for all machines, and I would venture to say that they aren't keeping that promise at this location. There were still plenty of games to play, but it was still a bit disappointing. Also there tended to be a lot of empty tables that hadn't been wiped clean so it made it a bit difficult to find a place to sit down. And the other thing was that the workers were courteous and helpful, but they just didn't seem happy to be there which I see as a mark against the company not the workers. I remember my days working lame jobs for low wages and I feel for them. Let's get these folks a pay bump and some managers that can foster a work place where people want to work. Anyway, that's my soap box moment.Go visit this place for a fun time. I recommend it.

We love Chuck E. Cheese! This is a great place to just spend some time with your kids and Family and just let loose. There are plenty of games for every age group to enjoy. I love the remodel it is a great use of the space. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. The bathrooms are always clean. Would definitely recommend!

The only employers I saw were at the door & when I paid. Half of the games for small children were broken or not working for another reason...The pizza was good and even as a leftover. However, I was disappointed because there wasn't iced tea, sweet or unsweet!!

Waited almost an hour for pizza. I honestly could have made a homemade pizza faster. They were out of ice, so drinking warm drinks after waiting for the pizza for an hour is fun. (Insert sarcasm). The games for smaller kids are subpar and the experience isn't what I expected. We drove over an hour, because the one closer to us needs to be condemned, but we'll eat before we come the next time.

The new renovation is great. I do miss chuck e cheese having a play area with slides, but the kids have a blast. Not sure if I like the whole not having tickets to turn in. No way of knowing how many you have until you cash out.
