The food is fresh, clean and healthy, the staff genuinely care about every person that comes in, and it is such a great and positive atmosphere for anyone looking to join the fit community. I wish I hadn’t moved away so I could spend my weekends there again!

Husband and I been ordering food and sometimes smoothies, mostly me that loves their smoothie and the food are great and of course the people with awesome customer services. But today I’m disappointed the person that took my order was nice but the person who made the smoothie (straw na-na) she wasn’t very happy being there or something, I understand I don’t know what she’s going through. I felt that so she rushed the smoothie that she made for me, it was watery and it has chunks of ice, I couldn’t taste strawberries neither banana. Just DiSAPPOINTED!!She didn’t say hi, hello or thank you!

Terrific food for a NC road trip! Easy ordering at the counter, good healthy selection, and brought to our table. We both got bowls, super healthy. Mine was salad, mushrooms, green peppers, Brussels sprouts, with black bean/corn burger for protein, with Thai peanut dressing. Spouse's was similar with spinach and salmon. We both got medium size bowls, which were exactly filling but I coulda eaten more. Loved the inspirational signs all over! This is a mission, not just a place to eat. Food, service 4, atmosphere 4, location 4, for overall rating of 5. Would return if I was passing by, and would get a meal plan if I lived here!

Best meal prep place around! I go twice a month to get dinners for 2 weeks for 2 and they taste amazing no matter what day of the week it is! They have amazing smoothies, protein bites and hot ready to order food as well. It is definitely a staple in our household!Parking: Easy parking!
