The food has always been pretty good. REALLY good hot and sour soup. However, the chick at the register seems to REALLY hate her job! I've worked in food service before so the first few times I just blew it off as maybe she's going thru something and having a hard time right now or whatever. BUT, DANG GIRL if you hate your job THAT MUCH PLEASE QUIT AND GO FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS SOMEWHERE ELSE! Because I'm normally a happy go lucky accommodating MF but even I can't smile thru but so much pure RUDENESS!!

We have been getting food from here for years but ever since the wonderful folks that use to be there left or sold out it is definitely not the same the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken was extremely overcooked so much so my husband couldn’t even eat it and the veggies in the beef and vegetables was terrible. The egg rolls doesn’t have meat in them anymore and they definitely don’t taste as good as they use too. My advice to whoever is running it now, if you don’t want to lose all your business then you need to get it together. This use to be the best Chinese Restaurant in Town but it’s awful now. We will not return.

The lady up front was rude and had a nasty attitude with my 74yr old mother I don't know who or what made her mad before we arrived but don't take your anger out on the next person. I was about to air that dirty looking place out... Not to mention after we get home the order was wrong and stuff was missing needless to say that's our last visit there.

I have been eating here for around 6 months. However, my mom and niece have been eating here for quite a while. Their food has always been really good and the service has been excellent. I can't really say anything about the atmosphere because I call my order in, and it's ready to pick up when I arrive, so I have never eaten there or been there any longer than maybe 2 minutes. I've never gotten my order wrong or anything missing. Everyone who has checked me out has been very friendly also. The only thing that I can complain about would be their chicken chow main. It would be absolutely perfect if they put more snow peas in it, less celery, and smaller pieces of onions, more crunchy noodles, and no rice. However, the Chow Mein is absolutely delicious now. I just order extra crispy noodles and no rice, although they always give me the rice anyway. I would definitely tell anyone who wants to order good Chinese food that Great Wall is one of the best in Wayne County.

First, the chick that answers the phone and runs the register really needs to learn how to open her ears and LISTEN to people. I had to ask 4 times on the phone if they had fries before she understood me, and when I was picking up the order I asked for soy sauce and she gave me duck sauce and I had to ask twice for chop sticks because she apparently either didn’t hear me or didn’t understand me the first time. If you do not understand someone speaking clear concise English then get someone who does to run front of house and stay in the kitchen.Second, when I went to have some of my wonton soup I found whatever this is on the napkin floating in the broth. It looks like cardboard, but I can’t be sure of that. I didn’t eat it.Third, they drown their general Tao’s chicken in so much sauce. Like my fried rice in the dinner plate was also drowned in the sauce. Lighten up on the sauce… geez!

I’ve heard people say that they were treated rudely, but I’ve never had an experience like that. As long as you act like an actual adult you will be treated just fine. As for the food, it taste really good. My go to is the cashew chicken, it always hits no better the time. The egg rolls are pretty good but they could use some work. The rice is always well cooked and filling. The dinner meals are also really good and cost efficient.
