Never open!! Like seriously I love the food but u call no answer you go doors are locked! Even 4pm when they close at 8 doors locked no lights..It’s so aggravating I think this is the last time I will wast my gas/time/brain.... today I drove around waiting a hour and a half on my day off for it to open bc I didn’t want to go in the mall and came back 1:20 supposedly was supposed to open at 12.. nope still closed.. grr on my day off did the same when I had got off at 7 pm drove all the way there bc they didn’t and the phone and nope closed..

This is our go to chinese place. It can be hit or miss occasionally but the bourbon chicken and white sauce keeps us coming back. My whole fire department orders here every other Friday. Not sure what's up with their HWy 111 location but I hope it opens back up soon for our convenience and to help with the mall locations crowd spikes.

The food is ok but they have large portions. They deliver with DoorDash. The mall location is usually busy but plenty of seating.

Drove my mother to Jade on Hwy 111S instead of going to the one at mall because we have to driver right past it to get to mall. Waited over 25 mins for the order to be wrong. She ordered two dinners: 1) bourbon chicken with vegetables and 2) orange chicken with noodles. They put all of the food on the same plate. The young woman said she would take it back and put it on another plate? "We have more chicken in back." She stated the person taking order "wrote it wrong." After waiting 25 minutes, we said no thanks. Went to mall and we had food in less than 5 minutes. Owners; the place on 111s is in a great location to be a money maker - fix the issues. My mom loves the food at Jade from the mall - a lot of people do. The walk up window with the plastic and hole you have to stoop over to speak through is just a crappy design. After about 20 minutes of waiting we tried to get someone's attention to let them know we were leaving. As we were driving off, our order came up.

Had very bad experience with jades on 111. I had order two meat one side which was jalapeno chicken and burbon chicken with lo mein noodles. Well i got home had nothing but burbon chicken and i also found either hair or metal bristle in my food. Well i called back up there she took my name and told me to come back and she fix me another plate. Well i came back and she acted like she didnt want to get me another plate saying there was nothing in my food to bring food back i said i already threw it away. So then she tried to only give me one meat one side. I said no u can give me what i had or my money back. She proceed to ask for my driver licence and told me there wont nothing in my food then went to the back n grab what they supposely clean the grill with. Then i said well just give me my money back then she said ill do it this one time i said ok. I open my plate of food barley any meat. I would never go back to Jades on 111. I recommend jades in the mall...

The food has always tasted great! Last time I ate there, I got food poisoning!! it was the only thing I had eaten that day, and when i ended up at the doctor thinking I'm dying, i was told i wasnt the first one to have food poisoning after eating there. Hopefully it was fixed, but now I'm scared to eat there ever again! thank God none of the 4 kids we had wanted any! I was sick for almost a week! be careful eating here. it tasted great that day too
