Worst service I have ever experienced!! The lady working the drive thru window should not be there!! I must have disturbed her personal time of sleeping while working, because she did not want to hand me my order. If I could give her a negative review I would. Please lil Caesar do something about your employees!!!

By far the worst Little Caesars I ever went to. This place needs a new management. I ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread and it took almost 1 hour and 30mins to make and they still messed the order up.

I don’t even write reviews but they acted so bad. There’s a larger light skinned guy with locs that got the worst attitude. I was just asking for a wait time and they brought up a pager that I NEVER received. If that was the cause I wouldn’t have been coming in asking for a wait time. I was literally in the drive thru line not even 3 minutes before this and he was acting like I was someone he never seen before. I had to go back and get my receipt to prove what I ordered when he just saw me in the line. As I’m walking out to get the receipt he’s making smart remarks to his coworkers. Just rude and unprofessional

It's a ceasers pizza it's about what you expect. They messed part of an order up, but they were quick to fix it. I wouldn't recommend the brownies, but the stuffed crust pizza is great!

Twice I ordered online and they have given my food to someone else and can't find my order I've had to wait 10-15 mins after my pickup time. It's supposed to a quick thing, that's the allure of Little Caesars. No reason I should be waiting 30+ minutes.Dominos is faster than this.Unbelievable

Poor customer service, workers smell like pot, i have to wait over 15 mins for my pizzas that i called in 30 min prior to bust time. Workers are slow and rude. Food is slopped

Wife picked up two classics. Absolutely the worst two pizzas we have ever purchased. The pizza’s looked like Sundays leftovers. The cheese and sauce was a blended orange and about 1mm thick. Total Waste of money.

Hands wrong orders out. Moves slowly/ focuses on conversation over making the food. Flies everywhere in the store.

We are truly disappointed and even more alarmed after our last and FINAL purchase from this Little Caesars. There have been times when items were forgotten or incorrect, which to me is not a huge problem because it gets busy and honest mistakes happen. However, there is simply no excusing our last experience, which currently has my son sick to his stomach. We were given several pizza/marinara sauces this time around, and we were impressed thinking they were making up for times when our sauce was missing (after purchasing extra). However, after we got everything home, we learned exactly why we were given extra sauces...THEY WERE SPOILED. I am so sad and disappointed in this situation, and I am more than concerned about my son and anyone else that received this sauce on 8/21/2023. One thing I will say is that it seems that those who work there are typically hardworking, and I haven't had a bad experience with the service overall, but I am guessing that they simply don't get paid enough to be cognizant of giving people spoiled sauce. Little Caesars has been our go-to place for pizza since moving to NC nearly 4 years ago, but no longer! Please beware.
