Poor service! Small portions! My husband got wet paint on his clothes, no wet paint sign posted. Argued with manager on duty. Her comment was “ didn’t you see the painters.” We did but we weren’t expecting the inside of the door to be painted. Very rude! We did get 10% off which was entitled to my husband anyway ( Military discount). I will never dine there again.

The food was absolutely delicious and hot had the best flavors. Got the 20 dollar plate. The waitress was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The mayflower in Wilson doesn't have plates like that. And the food wasn't greasy.will definitely be going back again.

Note to self: When you see a empty parking lot and no customers inside RUN! This was my first and last time going to Mayflower. The good news is our server was amazing and she should seek employment elsewhere. The interior looks nice and has a good aroma. It was 3 people with me and nobody was happy with their meal. The food looks good but nothing had seasoning. The flounder had scales on it. The shrimp was double breaded to make it look jumbo. The Ice Tea was nasty. The only good part of my meal was the French fries. The waitress did apologize and take one meal off the bill. I heard this place use to be good several years ago but they really need to file bankruptcy and stop wasting people time.

I ordered take out while at work one day. Once i got back to my job and open my food to eat, this is the baked potato they gave me. When i opened it, the dirt from the potatoe fell on my shrimp. I threw it all away. I didn't have time to go back up there i tried to call but was put on hold and they never came back to the phone.
