Parking: With the apps parking they take up most of the spaces. Only 8 regular spaces and can't even get in one on Sunday morning.

I say fire the whole crew and start over maybe they can get the food right and you ain't got to keep going back and then you get home and you still have the wrong sandwich made right but wrong chicken if I wanted a spicy chicken I would have said spicy chicken or if you got a car full of kids and toddlers and you can't go in and your food is made wrong then you have to wait and call or go through drive-thru again I'm just saying this doesn't happen at other McDonald's but you go to the McDonald's that's closest to your house so your food's hot when you do get home or maybe corporate can have somebody go in there and do the experiment and then they can see for themselves

The floors were dirty, no soap in the men's bathroom, hand dryers in the women's bathroom didn't work, no hand towels available. ? How did employees properly wash their hands ?????

All in all, I've had no trouble with this location.It's on the highway, so I can see where picking up some quick food is convenient, delivery or no-delivery. The parking lot is better than other McDonald's locations I've been to, plenty of space from what I can tell.There's a lady here who I think is a Shift Manager. She's really nice and, to my surprise, remembered me.One thing: I think the hours are off. The sign outside the drive-thru is 24/7, but someone who works here told me that they close at midnight (12:00 AM/00:00).

I have come to this McDonald's multiple times because it's close to my house... I always ask to have the fried cooked twice because I like them extra crispy... I just left there today and asked 2 people to make sure the fries were cooked twice and I was lied to. I used to work at several McDonald's locations between Carolina Beach and one of the Wilmington locations, and I know how long it takes to cook fries twice (well done). What I had received today were floppy, cold and soggy fries (for thr most part) and I ended up giving them to my dog. The special filet o fish was done correctly. I understand that the stores have a quota to make with their drive thru times and service times, and I wouldn't have minded waiting in the parking lot- out of the drive thru lane, for my order to be correct and ready. I know there's ways to cut down on time like bumping an order off the screen- as long as you don't forget the customer or their order (that can get tricky if it's busy)... but today at the time I was there, it was not busy in drive thru. I won't be spending my money at this location anymore due to being lied to from the 2nd window cashier and her giving me a slight attitude, along with my fries for my order not being met.

I am not one to complain much, unless it’s bad multiple times.I ordered through the drive through about a week ago early in the morning. I bought an egg McMuffin, two hash browns, and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The hash brown was good. From what I was told the bagel was good.When I got home the egg McMuffin had no Canadian bacon, only egg and cheese.I went back to the restaurant, and inside this time and asked for it to be replaced, which it promptly was. Went back home, and again the same thing, no Canadian bacon.I then go back for the third time, and finally they got it right.Fast Forward to this morning, I ordered an egg McMuffin meal, and get home and received a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin instead of my egg McMuffin. I didn’t even bother going back as I had to go to work soon.I wish this restaurant would seriously look into quality control, and training the people who make the orders. This was a bit excessive IMHO.The food is good for what it is, aside from the constant mistakes.

As the wife of a former employee, the management, specifically Candice discriminates against employees and customers with physical disabilities. There were countless times my husband had to call out or needed accommodations and they refused to comply. I’ve witnessed rudeness in management as well from employees in situations where people were either HOMELESS, deaf, and or different in any type of way. To top it off I’ve gotten food poisoning here multiple times too so do with that information what you will
