Always love getting To-go here. The food is excellent, but you aren't waiting long for it either! Just about anything I've tried so far has been great tasting (bulgogi, spicy pork, crack chicken bowls are all 5/5).Do be sure to inquire about which dish is spicy!Also, super affordable. Most dishes are around 10 bucks. There's definitely more than enough food for two servings for a Togo tray ?.
I really loved there bulgogi bowl! Its a must try also the bulgogi fries I iust wish that theres more meat on the fries too.

Poor customer service hasn't changed. Couldn't get past the nasty attitude of the young lady who attempted to take my order. She kept sighing as I was giving my order details as if I had interrupted her from her personal life (psst. you chose to work at this restaurant). Couldn't seem to handle simple, order details. Hung up on me when I brought her poor attitude to her attention. Since they don't care about about losing sales I went on to Smithfield Chicken and BBQ, were the food is good and you can expect service with a smile.

I have always enjoyed going to any of Jay's establishments and the main restaurant in Goldsboro is one of my favorite! The servers are always nice, the food is always good, and the fried icecream is (chefs kiss).The prices are higher than a basic restaurant, but the food comes in respectable portions and I have never been disappointed.

I have been to this restaurant a few times now and I do think that it is a good place to get food. However the last time I went there was a hair in my food. I do understand sometimes things can happen but I don’t understand how a hair got in my food.

Ninja Grill is our go to for quick, easy, tasty suppers. The staff is excellent and the food is top notch. I highly recommend the Bulogoi Fries and the Tokyo Steak bowl.

Edit: I left the initial review a year ago but the last few times we've come, wait time has only been about 10 minutes. For fresh food? Yes please. And everyone that works there is really sweet.Dont get me wrong - the food is REALLY good. Staff is nice. But expect to wait around 30 minutes to get it. Idk if thats just how long it takes or what, but each time we come, we wait at least that long. Sometimes longer. But the bulgogi is too good to pass up, I cant lie ?

Took 40min for a take out order to be ready, sloppy staff and didn't seem to be taking it seriously. Didn't get any soy sauce or shrimp sauce, that is normally included. It wasn't busy when I went to pick it up so I'm not really sure why it took so long

Man I used to really love this place, but for whatever reason it’s gone considerably down. The steak bowl that I always order is now half chewy fat bits that are inedible. The meat isn’t even cooked how I ask it half the time. The fried rice taste so bland it might as well be regular white rice. And lastly, the wait times can be killer. They haven’t always been like this, I used come here during lunch at peak hours and the food would come in a reasonable time, now if I come here while it’s empty it’ll take them like 30 minutes to get it out.
The food was good, had the spicy pork. Was an issue with the workers though, had a very loud argument in the kitchen.

I paid $13 dollars for what was supposed to be Crack chicken and white rice but when I got my food there was only 7 pieces of chicken....definitely was not worth it....
