First time eating here. Never again. Blooming onion wasn’t sliced. Crust peeled off. That wasn’t the problem. My husbands ribeye steak was flavorless and tough. It was laying in liquid. Not blood or water, not sure what. $60 is to much for the quality of food we had. It’s hard living on social security and this was a treat for us. My chicken was good.

Ordered sirloin and chicken got only chicken and rice no sirloin. Mashed potatoes ice cold will definitely not be going back. I order and buy from Outback all the time and I never have any issues. I don’t know if it’s because they were rushing or it was not turned off everything but the burger for my child was not good.

We dined at Outback last night. We arrived at 6pm we were seated immediately. We were waiting for another couple, they arrived at 6:02. Aubrey was our server. We ordered appetizers, and drinks none of which came from the bar. Our appetizers arrived in a timely manner, but once we placed our dinner order, things went sour quickly. My husband, and my brother in law decided to have dessert first with coffee, my husband coffee came out about 10 mins later cold, they only brought one cup, said they had to make more, so my brother in law never got his coffee. My sister and I ordered lobster with a bake sweet potato, with salad, I got my salad, but they messed up my sister salad, she sent it back, after waiting about 20 mins no salad.. we spoke to the manager, she said she would take care of it, she returned with the salad fixed the same way as the original one..smh. It seemed as though no one listens to the order, they just give you what they want you to have. Meanwhile..no lobster dinners for either of us, my brother in law still no coffee or dessert, so he cancels his order, my husband dessert was terrible. I spoke to Aubrey the waitress about our entrees she said they are coming, remember we got there at 6, it's 7:17 pm..several minutes later we finally got our meal. She told my brother in law his dessert was ready..who knew it took an hour to bake a cookie...Needless to say, this was the worse service ever. Very disappointing!

Have dined at this location previously, mostly because it is walking distance from my hotel. Expectations are low as the experience has been historically mediocre. But today was surprisingly different, because it was so very good.The hostess provided a warm welcome and greeted us with a smile. The service was prompt and the food came out quickly. The quality of the salad was fresh and above average. The bread was its usual goodness, and served hot. The 8 ounce sirloin was cooked to a medium rare perfection, which was actually amazing. Thanks for an excellent evening!

My one cheat meal that I got to go turned out to be bacon cheese fries with no bacon and visibly bad/rotten broccoli. The only redeeming factor was the service in the togo area. The young lady was very nice.EDIT: They offered me reimbursement for my meal so service is still a 5 star. Im sure if you go inside they will correct issues with the food but just check before you leave if you get to go.
