The service started out very poor be ended up okay. Food pre and appearance was initially very bad, my pizza had to be re-made it looked that bad and a fly came out of the pizza when opened! They have to do better; the flies are really bad in this place.

I ordered food from the Papa John's in Goldsboro on Royall Ave and when I got home there was a thumb tack in my food. I called the store, but they were unapologetic and said that they would just re-make my food. It is not a matter of remaking the food. It is the fact that there is a serious health violation and they completely ignored it. The person that answered the phone nor the manager offered an apology. I found it by biting into the food. Had I swallowed it, it could have caused damaged and on top of that, I am pregnant. It could have ended up with one of my children as well. As you can see in the picture it is rusty. Why would they even have thumb tacks near the area food is prepared? They did "credit" my account for the jalapeno rolls, but it's not about that. I just wanted them to be aware and the store acted like they did not care they served someone a potentially dangerous situation.I order for my company (in fact, we spent over $170 today at the Kenansville's location), but after this, I will make sure that our company takes our business elsewhere.

After calling to verify that they had drivers that have Seymour johnson AFB acess, Iordered at 8 pm and by 9:17 I called to inquire about my order and was told they left 10 mins ago, it never came. At 9:54 I called back to ask again. And they said that an uber driver took it. Assuming they didn't have base acess and got some free food, with out so much and a call to meet at the visitor center. The manager said he'd remake the order and make sure one of his store drivers took it this time and it would be there in 30 mins. 40 mins later I'm writing this review and about to go to the store. This is the 2nd time I've paid for delivery plus tip only to have to go to the store and do Carry out.

I’ve only been once since I moved here. And since I caught covid I wanted some pizza from here. And it was horrible and I asked for thin crust but the gave me original. It’s not a very clean looking store to begin with but not many places are around here. My family came in town to help me and wanted to try them and was VERY VERY disappointed.Vegetarian options: They have a new veggie bowl that I have not tried.
Regular customer, service is always impeccable. Drivers are always so helpful with completing the delivery. Food is always hot. My only gripe is the boneless chicken (I'm not one to knowingly buy it and prefer bone in) doesn't have enough sauce on them. 5/10 of the ones in the 10pc box I got didn't have any sauce on them and yes I scraped around the container but it just didn't have anything. A little drizzle for a 10pc is a bit outrageous. Other than that, absolutely love PJ's.

Ok, this is not the standard y'all. Lol ok, the last one I got was beautiful, this one wasn't. Papa Johns, please keep up with your standards when sending out your product. Right now, you are my fav.I understand ever product won't be perfect; however, every product you choose to send to your customers should be. You have great items. it's just, the commercials out shine what the local stores give out.Although this one didn't turn out right, I still recommend the doritos cool ranch papadia; but, only if, they are cooked right.Side note: The sauce in the cup was not enough.If, the small amount of ranch sauce is the standard, i would suggest buying smaller sauce containers in order to decrease waste and increase efficiency; this way you can save those cups for the sauce that demands that type of space. The sauce was about 1/4th of the cup. Meaning about 75% of the sauce cup was not used. That's 3 more sauces that can fit into that one container. 5 containers of your sauce =20 servings if you fill it up meaning 15 servings of that is just air. So, out of my 1 container i recieved 3 servings of air.Buying two different sizes can help the customer as well. 1/4 of a cup looks like the person filling it up, ran out of it, and didnt care to get more.Also, please final check the food before sending it out to the customers. Papadias should look as good as they taste.

Got gluten free pizza from there. Thumbs up. Seemed a little larger pizza than other places. Atmosphere was ok, just a hole in the wall carryout place. But seems like great place to keep ordering pizza online and carryout.

when i take a bite of a unevenly cut pepperoni slice, i feel papa johns gentle fingers exit the back of my throat as they begin to rest on my chin. he then proceeds to run his fingers (still gentle) down my chest, fingers getting tied up in my chest hair. he slips his hand into my underwear and firmly, yet still sensual, grabs both my shaft and my balls, pulling down. he then leans towards me and whispers the hard r so softly, i felt my ear hairs blow in his breath. thank you papa johns.
