The food is what you expect when ordering Papa John’s. You know what else you would expect? To receive your order the way you placed it. However, at this particular Papa John’s, it’s always a gamble. While your main food items might be correct(ish), any addition or “extra” item you might order will either be completely wrong or not present at all. It’s like they see there’s supposed to be an additional cup and just grab something in the dark to throw in there. Same for the seasoning packets which is a whole other scam. Dominoes pizza comes standard with the seasoning already on it. Just saying.I literally have never ever received the correct extras from this location so I will no longer waste my time.Also, Papa John’s uses DoorDash for delivery now. It’s questionable whether the tip you add when ordering online actually goes to the DoorDasher or not but the few Dashers I’ve spoken to lead me to believe it doesn’t. Give them cash instead.

Can’t go wrong with Papa Johns food, but the customer service at this location was poor. Walk in the door and not even greeted. They girls at the front desk had a frown on their face the whole time & attitude. I walked in smiling and let them know my name because the app said my food was ready. after 15min of waiting, when I asked again about my order because the app at this point said it had been picked up, all I got was the pizza boxes handed to me & not a single word was said to me. Despite the attitude and lack of customer service, I still left the place saying thank you and have a great evening… Not a single word. If you’re going to have people at the front of your store representing the location, please make sure they have good customer service skills! Not attitude, straight faces, and air phones in their ears!

I will never, ¹ever order from them again, it took nearly two hours to get one large pizza, so it was nowhere close to fresh, soggy and just plan sucked. Then the girl and her momma that finally showed up in my driveway with one pizza as i was literally canceling the order says, Do you want to hold my phone while I go get change, uhhh no.....the pizza was so cold and old I didn't even try it. Ill stick with DoughBoys in rosewood. Horrible.

Really can’t wrong with pizza so this review is nothing crazy. I understand it’s a holiday and people are ordering like crazy. However it’s okay to slow down and make something correct.Our Buffalo chicken pizza looks and taste like they just poured a ton of Buffalo on it. While my boneless wings look like they have no sauce !Also their driver (it does say partner with door dash) drove in our neighbor and our yard because “I didn’t feel like turning around”

I came to the papa John's in rosewood for good service and great food always hot this morning I came in to a wonderful young lady who was working by herself she was very professional and very helpful she went above and beyond her call of duty by herself non the less she got out 2 large pizza out with the swiftness she's definitely needs a raise

I placed my order online and went to Papa John's to pick up my order once I got the notification that it was done. They had some confusion on customers' orders, and I was given someone else's order. I'm sure it was just an off day for the employee that was there, and I can understand her frustration since she was alone.
