Went in ordered the big box with wings they ran outta wings let my pizza sit 55min longer than original pickup time then offered only a 2liter with cold pizza was awful I'll never get pizza hut again way too many other options
Real disappointment when I get home and my hot honey sauce isn’t on my pizza, and one of them is just a regular pep, will be using Wayne’s Pizza Hut from now

The pizza and boneless wings tasted old and made me feel really bad with cramps I threw up all the food and my kids feel very sick I don't know what's going on but this isn't the same staff they use to have we will be making a trip to the hospital tonight if things don't get

After waiting 25 minutes for a carry out order, I tried to approach the take out window and the car in front of me apparently ordered and was seeking to wait there the whole time. So while waiting behind this other car, I called back the outlet and the person that answered told me they’re just gonna be a few minutes. So then I asked if my order was ready and they put me on hold without responding. Why wouldn’t they tell the car in front to wait elsewhere instead of holding back the line. If that’s the system, it needs to change.
