I went inside to get a drink. I waited at the cashier for I we 20 minutes. I asked for help and no one noticed me I waited and nothing! I really think this sucks !

The beverage that I received was good, with this being my first ever purchase at a starbucks.
Can't go wrong with Starbucks. We love the pink drink with chocolate foam and the hot apple caramel with whipped cream. Hot chocolate is good too! Lots of tasty options.

My bestie and I went to get 2 iced coffees. We both ordered separately and they made are coffee hot instead. When we asked why the girl got rude. So we just sat down so my friend could eat her sandwich then we left. First time having a bad experience there.

Excellent service. Only downside are prices. Comfy seating/ sofas unless it's been changed. I usually go 2 drive thru. Once in awhile I go inside.
