If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordering online at this facility is HORRID. Just because we're not watching you make our food, doesn't give them the right to make our food as awful and little as possible. Several times now when I have ordered online I have been royally screwed over. This is my latest experience, and will be my last because I will not ever be returning here again.1: I ordered a large coke. When I got home and saw how much ice was in it, I was curious JUST how much ice was actually in there. So I used a slatted spoon so no liquid would come out and scooped out all the ice. I was LIVID. Out of a LARGE CUP, I had less than 30% of ACTUAL SODA. 70% was just all ice. I paid for essentially ICE.2: I ordered a roast beef sandwich. Footlong. OUT OF THE ENTIRE FOOT LONG THERE WAS ONE, count it, ONE... SLICE OF ROAST BEEF. It had no cheese. No red onions, no MVP sauce. It had what looked like half a jar of mayo dumped on it and a ridiculous amount of spinach. The bread was overtoasted AND stale! STALE! Trying to bite into the bread was like trying to bite into wood.3: I got in contact with their customer support to complain about this experience, and request a refund because absolutely NO WAY was I going to pay for that SLOP. I was also going to request my tip refunded to me as well because whoever made my sandwich did NOT deserve it. (I paid a hefty tip too because I used to work in foods and its rough on tips.) I got an email back with a copy and paste of the last time I complained about an experience there, and no refund was issued.What an absolutely horrible experience this place is. I'm better off getting a better quality sandwich at Jimmy Johns. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm through with how Subway treats their customers.

The old lady behind the register nvr listens to me. I eat the same sub at every subway i go to i nvr change anything any other store i got to my total is normally 19 bucks. Every time i go to this one its 25. And today i asked for soft fresh chocolate chip cookies i seen the sitting at the from she just grabbed 2 burnt cookies an refused to give me soft ones. Totally rude as hell. Stay away

Went there today 2/7/24. They rationed out vegetables and ingredients. They told me only two napkins for a 6 inch. Didn’t hardly put any vegetables. Look subway owner if you can’t afford the products close down and change those two women attitudes. Jersey Mikes’s don’t do that and there food is higher quality than subway. I did send an email to corporate. I don’t play about my money, food and my family. Do you? The subway on Ash St always have issues at the other subway’s NO PROBLEM why just ash st. Anytime I go in there someone complains. Hell, y’all even got bad google reviews. Do better or shut down, retrain or get rid of those two stingy women.

Today, February 7th, 2024, I visited Subway on E. Ash Street, Goldsboro, N.C. to buy a 6 inch Subway Club (my fav). When asked what I would like on my sub...the fixings was less with lettuce, onions, yellow peppers. I had to ask if I could have a little more and was told they don't want you to put alot of fixing on the sandwich. I just said. Oh. But in my mind i wanted to say more but left that alone. I dont mind paying for what I want. I don't eat out often but when I do I want to be pleased. I won't be back. I will try another Subway in the near future. Thank you

I’ve been to this subway a few times, each time hasn’t been the best experience. This worker that works almost everyday is just flat out rude and blunt, has no sense of customer service what so ever. Today i walked in and both workers looked at me and my friend and continued working, didn’t greet us or even acknowledge us . I work in the food business as well and i understand you might be busy but acknowledgment and greeting is the first impression and we were never attended after 10 minutes of standing. The building was flat out empty and we just received stares every now and then. Go to the one on wayne, trust me they want you to too.

I really wish I would have read the most recent reviews before coming here. I placed an online order and went through the drive through to pick it up. I sat at the drive through for almost 10 minutes and watched as one of the workers looked at me twice and didn't say a thing. I decided to go in. Once I did, I asked to speak with a manager. Amber Wagner said she was the manager. When I told her I had been waiting at the drive through and that no one came to assist me, she said "you were supposed to come in." She claimed she didn't see me but she was the worker that looked at me twice and tried to pretend I wasn't there. She then stated that "I am not their only customer." Amber had a nasty attitude and gladly gave me her name and store number but when I asked for the corporate number, she didn't know it. She refused to give me my $20.05 back, slammed the paper with her name, and store number down and walked off. She then stated "by the way, you have to go online to get a refund" as if it were some kind of small victory for her. I didn't even get my food which i'm sure my toasted sub was cold by then anyway. I work for CPS and had just gotten off of work to be met with Amber's nasty attitude. I would never treat a paying customer that way. I will be going back tomorrow morning for my refund. I'm blown away by the disrespect and lack of customer service but then again, the recent reviews of this store shows that this store needs customer service development/training.

Went to this subway . Used coupon 17.99 for 3 subs . Lady behind me had same coupon. Lady and guy working. Mother and son said she couldn't use her coupon cause we road in same car. But we was inside store not drive through. I could understand that. They both cuss me out .her son wanted to fight with me because I was asking them over and over I want mangers name I'll never ever eat at that subway again I will be spreading the word around Goldsboro

I went there at 915p and was told by an employee that they were closed. She was dismissive and short with me. I did not know a place of business could really shut down before the actual closing time. The chairs were on the tables and all. I have worked in the fast food industry and things are cleaned after the place closes not before! They are doing what they wanna do in that place. Horrible experience!

First as I drove up at 4pm on a Saturday I could see the chairs setting on top of the tables which would make you think the dining room is closed but quickly realized that a customer had just walked out....I walked up to the counter and asked about the dining room being closed and she pointed the the other side and said I could sit over there..I explained that I was just picking up for take out and I mentioned that I hadn't seen a restaurant and dining room open with chairs on top of the tables, she then explained that the chairs were on top when she came to work and if she were to take them down she would just have to put them back up after closing...Lol.....how many people just looked in from the road and just assumed they were closed.....what happened with employees just not careing about the business they work for.The food quality score is for stale bread. Italian and Mutigrain...

i visited this location on 10/31/23 & I recieved phenomenal service fro jaikeim. the sub i usually get had been changed in name he went out of his way yo help me find it on top of making my sub perfect. he went above & beyond. shout out to jaikeim he should be promoted.
