Every time I go it's a hard miss the fries are harder than rock and wings taste like they not even fresh but for some odd reason it's just this one. Other wings stop are good but this one just miss I recommend avoid this if you want wings at all cost other places are so much better not to mention rude service

I called on 12/18/23 around 6pm to place an order for carry out. The guy on the phone was a negative. I wanted to make sure my order was right so I asked him to repeat it to me. He was mumbling so I said I’m sorry what flavors did you say? He gave me my total and hung up on me. I won’t be picking up that order with that energy!

I was missing 5 wings from my order. All the wings I did get were overcooked. The fries were overcooked as well. I love wingstop, but when it comes to this location, you are better off going to Popeyes.

First time eating from Wingstop (on line pickup order). Never again! Original bone-in wings were cooked hard as jerky. Husband said they tasted like cooked this morning and hardened under a heat lamp all day. Couldn’t eat them.

I've continually given this location a try to be disappointed over and over again. Their location is in Goldsboro, NC and is the only reason why there have been so many attempts but I'm done and I hope this review discourage others from giving them any business. Previous order I've had the wrong flavored wings cooked for me in which mistakes happen so I thought nothing off it and to my inconvenience allowed them to correct the problem. The next attempt I had the wings over cooked to a crisp. The most recent attempt I couldn't even get my order in without experience bad customer service. I called in only to be placed on hold for almost 10 minutes to be disconnected. I call back to an attempt to be placed on hold and I refused to be placed on hold and I explained what took place on the first call. I was told that others walked in before my call which my response was that's the purpose of calling ahead and refused to be placed on hold. A manager was alerted in which I hear the manager tell the employee to put the phone down. Do not give this place of business your money. The food is hit or miss and the customer service is terrible.

I have visited this restaurant several times and enjoy the food. On the last visit on Saturday 11/4, my group of 3 arrived at 9:10 pm. An employee from behind the countered shouted to us if we had placed an online order. I replied with no. He then proceeded to tell me that they were no longer accepting walk-ins and we would need to order through the app. I said but your hours on the door say you are open until midnight and asked how long will it take? He shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. We walked out. I took the time to reply on Wingstop's website and provided all the details they requested about my experience. Your system even asked if I wanted to speak with someone. I have not heard from anyone and no one replied to my message. I guess I will take this approach and leave a poor public review. . . We won't be back unless I hear from someone and understand why we were turned away nearly three hours before closing time.
