Also I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich the bun was so hard I had to take it back someone remade my whole meal and was very nice about it and apologized.Parking: Not alot of parking space at all, and when I say that I mean we had to wait for someone to pull out to get one.

I ordered a 3 chicken finger plates, the 4 piece, and 2 6 pieces. They gave me 1 piece of chicken with my 4 piece. Then they do t want to answer their phone. Beyond pissed.

There was no one standing outside, or the speaker wasn’t working. pull to the window and the young lady told me I couldn’t order so I told her to get the manager. So the manager came and she told me I couldn’t order either and she was rude. Her name is Gray. And she gave me a fake number to corporateNever againT

I tried the new Chicken Philly. The taste was good but the bread was a bit soggy and the cheese was more like cheese sauce which I generally am not a fan of.

Food seasoned well and hot. The drive thru line was quick and nothing was missed in my bag. Great location. Everyone was outstanding. Keep up the great work from the cashier's, cookes, waiters. My hat is off to all of you. By the way I moved here from Southern California and I work at Seymour Johnson AFB.

There was hair in my food... why aren't the workers wearing hairnetsIsn't that a requirement....it'll be a while before I go back and when I do I hope the workers have hair nets on if not I won't eat

Had an issue with curb side, left feedback with the email link I was sent and within 5 minutes assistance manger called me and apologized for the store and offered to re make the meal even after it was determine to be Zaxby’s apps fault. Pleased with the response and willingness to correct this from the Assistant mangers. As no one is always perfect however what you do when a mistake is made will determine the type of business you have. Goldsboro Zaxby’s Assistant manger did perfect. Will be back soon.
