Quoted 40-50 minutes and waited an hour with no delivery. I called and Amanda was so helpful! She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!

I placed an online order 3 hours in advance. I scheduled delivery for 5:30 p.m. The pizza was not delivered till 6:45 p.m. and it was cold. We also did not get what we ordered. I ordered and paid for extra extra cheese on the pizza and there was no extra cheese. I also ordered and paid for 2 extra garlic butter sauces and did not get them with my order.
