Food is great. Staff is friendly.Unfortunately, I had just finished a long shift at work. I decided to get something to take home. I sat at a table and began looking at my phone. I waited and waited and I finally asked an employee to check on my meal. The kitchen staff had packaged it up. I'm not sure if they sat it on the shelf or if a waitress did. It sat there for a long time. I'm sure everything will have to be reheated when I get home.There needs to be some communication between the kitchen staff and the waitresses when an order is ready. This wasn't a call in order or Door Dash.I was sitting at a table patiently waiting. They were not busy. Only a small handful of customers were inside, maybe 4 to 6 people.

ENOUGH CAGNEY TERRIBLE!Ordered 5 mealsAlmost every meal had something wrong1) Missing potato salad2) Missing garlic bread3) Boiled Potato instead of baked4)Philly Cheese steak without peppers and onions5) No seasoning in the Spaghetti do they know that Spaghetti has oregano and Garlic? Salt and pepper.?Who runs that place?Was their work experience a Gretter at Walmart? If they do not know how to run a restaurant I will help them for a fee.?Terrible Terrible. Gave this place another try. I had their Special? Shrimp? And a salad? Shredded lettuce and a slice of onion? NOT A SALAD I walked by a cooler that had salads already made plated in the cooler? NO NO. My wife got the country style steak mashed potatoes and lima beans. We both had a slice red velvet cake. About a day later we both had severe diarrhea. When I was in line to check out a person had called about a problem with their food did not hear the entire conversation. There is a serious problem here I think the health department needs to be contacted. TERRIBLE

I came last night with a group of about 10 or so women from church. It was pretty busy, but the waitress was awesome and did the best she could with as many tables as she had! I just had some spaghetti marinara that came with garlic bread and a side salad, and sweet tea. ?We were there for about an hour, which was fine and dandy with me. We boxed up our leftovers to take home and carried on with our night. I, for one, don't understand folks who want to whine and cry about service being 'slow;' if it's that dang slow, y'all can go to Subway. ?♀️

I have seen positive progress in Cagney's Kitchen since it opened. The menu is catered to several cuisines from meat and vegs to lasagna and pizza. The atmosphere is warm and inviting making it great for a large group gathering. Parking is ample. Take out available. Food is hot and plentiful. Fast service and friendly waitresses and waiters. Deserts are available (delicious) and Breakfast served all day. I would recommend trying it out for yourself. Manage is open to suggestions if something is not to your likings. Thanks for reading. Very dissatisfied. Low staff count, slow service. The dish I got was chicken Alfredo, the chicken was sour and the sauce made me nauseous. Absolutely disgusting. The “half and half tea” was so sweet it tasted like iron.
