Sign says they open at 8am. I was there at 8:40 and had to wait until 9 for them to open. I was the first customer, and when she opened the veggie bins, some of them were old looking and soggy (tomatoes, cucs) and the spinach bin had several different bits of stuff that appears to have fallen in there during the previous day shift. It looked like they had been sitting there all day. She made my sandwich and I noticed that the work station just looked dirty. When I went to pay, the area at the cash register had crumbs all over it. (I was the first customer of the day). At least the exterminator was there (granted he was spraying around customers and also went behind the counter whicle food was being made). The apparent lack of cleaning and state of the food made me not want to go back.

Rotisserie style wrap is listed as $8.39 but the price in the system is $10.39. Only reason I got this is I was told there was no more bread for the night. Also the restaurant was dirty.

Where's the meat should be in your commercial I literally just got one slice of meat on my Sub I got to looking at it and was like damn it wasn't nothing but a sloppy mess of veggies and sauce even though I ordered light sauce I took it apart to see what I really got and realized it was only one piece of meat folded up to look good what a shame if subway is hurting for business that they can't offered to give the customers what they paid for then they should close the Granite Quarry location Down

Ordered subs online at Granite Quarry location and when I got home toppings were either barely there or nonexistent although they were on the receipt. I should not have to stand there to make sure they do their job. This is a blatant disregard for the customer just to save money on toppings. Will never return. Complained to corporate office and never got a response. Good bye subway, forever!!! Will go to your competitors!

We have went 3 separate times and they had no meatballs. Called and spoke to the manager and she gave me attitude after telling her she needed to do better. She told me I could call the owner and then gave the phone to another associate to handle the call. He ended up hanging up on me. I called back and then refused to give me the owners number after I was told I could call said owner. The service of this subway has went down since the new owner took over.

To be a Sunday afternoon and only have one employee working. I must say Nathaniel handled the situation very well. There were several groups waiting patiently for their food not to mention an online order. He was able to keep his composureand stay friendly to everyone and knock out sandwiches like nothing i've ever seen!

Ordered on app got my order wrong as detailed on receipt then wouldn't correct my order after showing them my sandwichs where supposed to have been tosted and have cheese for a steak says because I used app they couldn't correct it.

Second time they did not put the cookies they were paid for in the bag. I watched them told them they were shorting me last visit. Today my wife stopped and got home and again , no cookies, but the charge is on the receipt. Recommend avoiding this location, or watch them as they bag your order to take out.

I feel so sorry for the employees at this Subway to have to put up with the new owners. They obviously have no concern for customers and employees the way they keep the store stocked. 12/23/2023

This is not a review this is more of a rant and I believe the public should here about it. The NEW Store Manager is doing a Fantastic job running that store, to the point THEY don't even need other employees except the ASM. My biggest issue is that the Manager and ASM don't have the best of help. Everyone always calling off, never showing up for their shift and the worst is these young kid's parents not understand the honest paycheck and think they can make up their own shift ..smh. To continue with my rant I can see that the Manager there doesn't get enough time with their children and family. But they are always there to pick up ALL THE SLACK. It's to the point where Ive been in there so much that I know everyday they done pick up someone else's work cause they can't commit to the job description.And I get it the Manager is supposed to be the backbone when someone call off or whatever. But my question is this. Who's their backbone when they need a break?? Damn at least pay them like they are working like slaves, as much as they sacrifice this new owner of subway need to get his head out you know where and start up'n the pay(Michael). It's a shame that companies will brainwash you into you giving everything for the job sacrificing so much and having nothing to show all your hard work. Just a wait and be patient. It's effecting more than just your employees lives.. their family, their dreams, their values. Try taking those thing into consideration...
