We had Bejta’s for the first time in January, we are from Maine and everywhere I’ve had pizza it’s typically super inexpensive because the ingredients are so cheap.. however this is not the case for Bejtas! Hands down my favorite pizza place in North Carolina. We will continue to come back time and time again!Parking: Great location! Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Great kids choices!

I was a bit disappointed with a recent order which unfortunately can happen anywhere but I was most grateful for the customer service provided when I expressed my unhappiness..they were apologetic and went above and beyond to come to a solution that I would be happy with. Because of their willingness to rectify the situation I would certainly eat there again.

We have visited the restaurant several times and the food has always been amazing. They provide great customer service and the value, quality is always on point. If you haven't given these guys a try you are missing out.
My husband purchased a salad this evening and a roach.. a live roach was in the bag. I contacted them to inform them of this...I wasnt speaking in an angry or aggressive tone partly bcuz I wanted to see how they wanted to rectify the issue...I received no apology and if they would have asked I wouldnt have taken it back bcuz clearly noooo one was gonna eat it..but instead of an apology your response was yur $8 not gonna break me because I said I would not be eating there anymore...I was a regular customer but yur lack of customer service..the fact that there was a roach in that bag has definitely turned me off. Oh and let's not forget the ...we have pest control come every month...well that dosent mean they kill them all sir...so like I told you on the phone.. thank you for showing me the type of service you actually do offer and I'm done with you..yur business and yur roaches..
