I just ordered wings and a couple salads took both salads back and they still got it wrong hire people that don't get high at work maybe then they would care about peoples orders I would order here all the time but I will never spend my money here ever again so sick and tired of y'all getting my order wrong every time never seen nasty salads like these DONE

I truly can't understand the hype of this place. I've lived in the area about 10 years, and I've tried many times to give them their fair shot, but at this point, I just won't be able to understand why people love it so much.The pizza is very middle of the road at best. It has a weird greasy aftertaste. The cheese bread is literally just a piece of white bread with cheese toasted on top... the fried green beans are okay, but they taste like they're just frozen, so nothing special either.They charged $43 for a large and small pizza. We couldn't understand why it was so high, but we did the math and noticed they're charging $3.50 PER TOPPING! that is absolute highway robbery.Bills is serves food that is outdated. And no I don't mean out of date, I mean it's just an old style of food. I call this type of pizza "southern style" because it seems to be common in the south. That thin, almost cracker like dough, square pepperoni, not enough sauce etc. This type CAN be really good (I.E. sir pizza, kings inn, village inn) but not here unfortunately. I truly think he only reason they stay successful is an old fan base that doesn't really know GOOD pizza.In conclusion, if you want very middle of the road pizza for a higher price than most good places, then go here. But if you want good authentic pizza, go to times Square.

First time coming to this Bill's Pizza. Placed my order for the LUNCH SPECIAL Large Pizza for $14.04 and some homestyle Chips. When I checked out, I specifically told them what I ordered. When they rang up the total, I paid for a portion and my mom paid the other. I asked why the pizza was $18+ when we ordered the LUNCH SPECIAL. They blamed it on the new girl and did not offer to correct it. They didn't even offer a discount or anything to compensate for the over charge. This will likely be my last time at this location. What should have been about $21 turned out to be about $30. Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a variety of pizza for my co workers. The vegetarian had ham on it on some slices as well as the steak pizza. I ordered because some of them don't eat pork but it had pork on it anyway. I ask for pie cut and got squares. I guess because I got a meat lovers and Hawaiian they assumed I wouldn't mind. I definitely didn't get what I paid for and I hate that all of the staff couldn't enjoy.

This place is a great place to eat the pizza is excellent. They seem to be short handed and had a little trouble keeping up with all the people that was there . To me it was worth the wait the food is always great. If you have the time to wait it is well worth it.

The pizza was great, never have an issue with that. The service is normal for a busy restaurant which is good. The ambiance is just as it has been for a while good no change there. The real issue is every time I go on a Saturday night they never seem to have clean plates, and off you ever tried to eat there pizza off of a napkin power to you because it is a struggle!!! I do go back because the food is good but please either purchase more plates or prepare for busy weekends.
