I called and placed a to go order and the girl on the phone took my order and told me how much it was going to cost. I explained to her that it seemed high. She then told me on to go orders that they charge almost $4 for the containers. Ridiculous. Food was terrible. Never going to order again.

As former residents of Greensboro, we came to Box Seat for nostalgic reasons when we were in town. We have yet to find a place similar in the Raleigh area. The best wings I’ve had in a long time and you can’t beat their hot chips. Our server was great - she figured out our family’s humor pretty quick and went right along with it - thank you! I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name but she had long reddish hair and said she had been there about 3 years. Service was prompt, food was correct and delicious. Thank you for a great experience - was just as good as it was 15 years ago!

Tried to go here to watch the browns for wild card weekend. The server was so rude we left. The bartender told me I wasn’t allowed to order from the bar and had to wait for a server despite us having already waited 10 minutes without anyone coming. I asked to put the game on one of the TV’s and she said no. Only one part of the bar was allowed to have the browns. The rest of the bar, mind you, was all showing college basketball. 12 TVs for the same 2 college basketball games, and they weren’t even local teams. I’ve been here twice and both times the wait staff was extremely rude.

I've been eating here for 27 years. The last three to go orders were wrong. Ordered 10 wings with blue cheese and celery w/side order of hot chips w/ranch. First two orders came with no celery or blue cheese. Today Ordered the same. While ordering I told her what happened and to double check my order. She replied "I'm putting the order together and I got you". When I received my order I asked if she double checked it. She replied "yes". I got home and had two ranches and no blue cheese. She even wrote on the box "celery and ranches". Called back and she made excuses and said they would comp my celery and blue cheese next time. "How do comp what comes with it?" I asked. She said they'll give me extra. I don't need extra just to not use. I need what I ordered. Now looking for new wing spot.
Our server Ron was incredible. Food was tasty and portions were generous.
