I actually came here on my 25th birthday as a surprise birthday dinner which also turned out to be the day my husband proposed to me .... The food was great as well !! Staff was nice...So definitely a spot to remember.

Unreal, turned us away for the first time. Empty restaurant but refused us as a walk in. I don't see anywhere on the website or on the front door. That said, we need a reservation. We drove 20 miles to get here.

We came by with a reservation for a birthday dinner. They were very short staffed due to spring break taking many of their servers and staff. The service was decent and the food was good.I think the food and drinks are slightly overpriced for their quality. My wife ordered an old fashion and it was the worst old fashion I had ever tasted. I would avoid mixed drinks.

We used to stand in line to dine here! The last three times we have ventured here, it has been absolutely more than disappointing! The food is mediocre, and the service is disgusting!I am very generous with my tipping (20-30%) because wait staff need an income. This LAST VISIT TO BRAVO I left $0.00 !!!I am 79 years old, have eaten in 47 states and in Euprope on many occasions, and this was the absolute worst service we have EVER EXPERIENCED.ANYWHERE !!!!

Here on a Friday night. They have no bread......at an Italian restaurant. No kids menus. No flatbread pizzas. Out of meat sauce. Somehow we caught them at their absolute worst. Or this is normal for them. Unfortunately I cannot give it zero stars.

Second time visiting this place in the last 10 years. I do remember the 1st being a little better but I guess not enough to make a return trip sooner. This place is always busy but can't understand why. After venting about our last experience alot of our friends have had similar and refuse to return. It was busy so service was expected to be slow, but seeing we were at the bar our drinks should have at least been refilled once. Nope, not even once. However Chris (our server/bartender) did ask if my wife would like a refill when we asked for the check. Didn't ask me. We ordered an appetizer FIRST but apparently it was never put in. He offered a refill on bread but that never came aswell. Our food came out in a timely manner. But the quality was sadly disappointing. I order the Chicken Marsala, somthing I've had about a dozen different times at different restaurants, so there is a level of expectation. This was by far the worst. The chicken was super dry, chard, and the plate was short on the sauce by about a half a cup. My mashed potatoes were even dry! The greenbeans were the favorite of the night. My wife's chicken parm was also lacking on the sauce and the chicken was very small. A couple next to us arrived and seemed to be treated better, they ordered the same appetizer(and received it), received refills, and got more attention than we did. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Pasta was undercooked, pretty flavorless. Service was extremely slow. This was our 3rd and last time coming, the previous had been much better.

Beautifully decorated inside. I recommend reservations for the weekend, unless you don't mind 30-45 wait. The Italian food is good, but not the best for the price. There are definitely more authentic places.****** 2024 editThings haven't changed, we keep giving this place a try and I regret it every time. Wasted calories wasted money. We chose to sit at the bar over waiting for an hour. Friday night 7pm. My food- chicken parm- was ok, not great. My husband's food was not good, very charred, dry dry dry chicken, very little sauce - chicken Marsala. Now to the service...I left upset. I respect slow due to busy. But NEVER offered a drink refill, our appetizer was forgotten, our bread was forgotten. We were the only ones at the bar for a while, we were actively watching the Nebraska vs Texas A&M game, when someone else arrived the bartender promptly changed the channel to a sports talk show without checking with other guests. It was on mute with no CC. So why???? I ordered a cocktail before dinner, he said no, I said why are you out of the ingredients, he said no I just refuse to make it, and stared at me. Asked my husband what he wanted. Then said no ill make it. He was not laughing or even smiling. I didn't find it funny. When i posted on my IG story about our experience, I had so many comments that they don't enjoy Bravo either, at least it's a shared experience. The bartender's name was Chris by the way.

It took over 30 min. to get our food, except for a salad.. When the entree finally came, the eggplant parmesan was more than half burnt. It never should have left the kitchen. Our waiter apologized and took it back. He ordered another eggplant parmesan for us. The shrimp scampi was good. None of this was our waiter's fault. He checked on us and brought extra breas in the meantime. We were satisfied with his service.
