Met up with the some friends for dinner the other night. Just a small crowd mid week. Got my go to favorite, sausage and spicy honey pizza as well as a bbq chicken pizza. Both delicious as usual. I normally get my pizza to go from Brixx, but dining in, I was a little disappointed by the lack of attention the sever paid us. Took our food and drink orders, someone else brought them out, and we literally had to flag her down to get refills. I would have understood if it were busier, but not sure if this is typical when dining in or not I'll probably stick to getting my pizza to go. The pizza is always tasty!

I haven't been to Brixx in a long time. I have always enjoyed going there but haven't found myself in the area. I recently met my daughter for dinner and the pizza was as good as I remembered. I got there early and told my server what time I wanted to order so I would be on time for my event. She was incredibly prompt, polite and very considerate of my time. The pizzas was fantastic. I would like to try some other menu items but can't get past that pizzas

Great experience each time we visit this location. My daughter loves the pasta and the pizza is always good. We enjoy it for a dinner with friends or a quick stop for lunch.
They took away the amazing dipping sause that came with there pizza and bread sticks! That was there thing. I mean you wanna not "give it away" that is fine, charge me for it. But to get rid of it completely!!! They have lost their minds. Another business lost to greed!

First time trying brixx and loved it!! Mercedes was fabulous and so much fun! I highly recommend the sausage spicy honey pizza on cauliflower crust! Will most definitely be back for that pizza and the bartender!!!
This is the absolute worst Brixx. The management is awful and service is horrible. Avoid it unless you like poor service and asking yourself why you went there.Someone speaking on a call across the empty restaurant. I asked them to speak with her and was told it was my problem.They deserve no customers.By way of reference, I have gone to Brixx in Chapel Hill and Winston. All great. This locations sucks. Zero stars

This was my first time eating at brixx after purchasing a Groupon. I must say it was a good experience. Customer service was a breeze from calling in the order to using the voucher. The chicken wings had good flavor and were not "baby" wings lol. I could appreciate my sauce (jerk= spicy/smokey/sweet) on the side, so I could control how saucy I wanted them. The Mexican pizza was very tasty...different yet tasty (black bean paste,cheese, roasted chicken, tomatoes, and jalapeños w/drizzled sour cream). Would definitely recommend

ZERO STARS! Don't waste your time. I have gone to several Brixx locations and enjoyed them. This one is the worst. I have had awful service the last 3 times. Today was the last EVER. Going after 3pm I was the only one there when I sat. A woman came in after on her phone, was sat in the booth next to me. I literally got up and move across the restaurant. Next she goes on speaker phone. I spoke to something that may be a manager and said I did not want to have to hear every word. She has it on speaker. He literally told me it must be a personal problem of mine. Yes indeed, I live near the Brixx that sucks.

I've come to really enjoy Brixx over the recent months. I had always found it one of those places I wasn't especially craving but never left unhappy. However, recently I feel they've upped their game a bit. They have revamped the menu slightly and with that I don't know if they changed their recipes but I feel like they have. The food is just a bit better and with that a place I never disliked has become a place I'm more often thinking of when heading out for pizza. One of the great things about Brixx is that they actually have two options for Gluten Free crust. They have a Gluten Free crust which we prefer but for those of you who are accustomed to (or prefer for other reasons) a cauliflower crust, they also have that available. Additionally, they have a wide selection of beer and have pretty good daily specials on beer, wine, or other drinks every day of the week.
