Spoke with someone on a cell phone. Gave them my details & they told me to text my information for my event. That was over a week ago. They have ghosted me. Not return confirmation, no more interaction. Totally disappointed. You try to go with our black owned businesses & you get the worst customer service. The reviews are glowing, however, I'm totally disappointed the way my request has been handled. None at all

EXCELLENT! We needed a caterer as we planned our daughter's graduation reception. She was a December 2022 grad from NCAT. As an out of state family, we had to lean on referrals. NCAT provided a list of approved caterers and Butler's Catering was included. Initially, Mr. Butler stated he was booked, due to other NCAT grad parties, and his holiday party committments. I asked him for referrals and he sensed my anguish and offered to provide the DROP SHIP Catering (aka delivering hot food ready to serve along with chafing dish set up) but we would have to provide our own servers/hostess. WELLLL..we confirmed our contract, fried chicken (OH MY GOODNESS DELICIOUS) baked salmon (HIGH QUALITY TASTY) Mac/ch (YES, Cheesy and creamy) Green beans (seasoned just right with smoked turkey) fruit tray and veggie tray. On the day of the reception Butler's Catering DELIVERED..LISTEN..THEY DELIVERED...SO professional, so friendly, EVERYTHING LOOKED MARVELOUS! I am so glad TIM was compassionate enough to help us conclude our time in NC on a bang! THANK you TIM BUTLER and STAFF! Standing OVATION! Peace, Abundance and Blessings. THE WINN FAMILY in VA! When I hit the JACKPOT LOTTERY, FLYING you and your Team in for the BIG celebration!

I had a catered event on Sunday and I want to let everyone know that Butlers Catering did a superb job! The food arrived fresh and hot from the oven! Everything was delicious and my guests raved about the meal!I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this business. From my first conversation until delivery and setup, the service was first class professional! Going forward, ALL my catering needs will be handled by Timothy Butler and Butler.Catering!
