We probably ain’t going back. Extremely slow service. Took about 15 minutes to get a drink. Didn’t even refill my wife’s water or my kids. The waitress holds a credit card machine in your face at the end. Not very cool. Was pricey for what we got too. Will learn to live without this place.

The staff, the staff is terrible not attentive at all. First time I have sat at a bar and the bartender was never there. Seem to be all over the restaurant. Another person came and sat at the bar about 15 min after me and her food came out and mine still did not ( ceaser salad with salmon ). I ordered as soon as I sat down. Then when the salmon came out with the salad. It was raw. Not fully cooked.

Came on a night that was SLAMMED due to an event in town. Originally they said the wait was going to be an hour but everyone worked fast and got us in within 20 minutes! Our server Drew was kind and checked on us frequently throughout dinner. Drew made sure he accommodated our nut allergy and got everything we needed with a smile on his face despite the busy night. God bless and thank you for the great dinner!

Placed a to go order around 4pm on a Saturday, the lady told me it would take 30-40min. We arrived within that time frame and sat waiting for our to go order for an hour and a half! We only ordered two entrees. Not sure if it’s the kitchen having issues or staff shortage, but we will not be returning to this location. Terrible customer service and everyone who works here acts like they are lost.
i came out to eat with my boyfriend for our anniversary, our server was miana. She was so sweet and personable, she suggested that i get the pollo rosa and spaghetti and even though i am a picky eater i wasn’t sure but i trusted her enough to try. I ended up enjoying it very much!! She made sure our drinks were full and never left us unattended for too long. she recommended the red velvet cake to us as well and it was delightful, the food took a little longer than expected to come out but nonetheless we enjoyed everything and will be returning very soon!!

Our waitress (Hey Heaven,girl!) Was absolutely wonderful. We had a FULL table & she kept everything filled & together. Even the staff was GREAT!! So nice to us,everyone made sure we had a good time....the ONLY issue....was the food. Several of our plates we really cold & we watched Heaven get the plates as soon as the chefs placed it on the line. Not sure what the issue was but no one wants cold food while IN the restaurant. However I would still go back & sit in Heaven's section.?

Went to Carrabba's for the first time with family. Oh is was a wonderful experience our waiter Drew was the absolute best. He gave great insight of the menu. His personality was personable, friendly and professional. Outstanding service.
