Visiting Greensboro for a concert stopped to get a bite to eat before the show. Children working behind the counter. Ordered my food and waited 30 minutes and food was never prepared. When I asked the little girl about my food she looked like a deer in headlights. Her teenage brother proceeds to take over like I was bothering them. I requested a refund and their mother comes out only to give them instructions instead of doing it herself. I received my refund but beware. There are cold labor laws in the state of North Carolina and they could not have been more than 6 and 10. Can't judge the food because I never received my food. The customer service a negative 9.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I don't know what happened ?. The Rice is undercooked and the general tso chicken is hard and rubbery. Hurts my heart ❤️?. Hope it gets better ✌️

I ordered honey chicken and I normally get it extra crispy but this time there was barely any egg in my rice almost couldn’t see it and my chicken was too crispy and dry! Not even enough sauce to soften the chicken to the point u could barely chew it! I called in to let her know it was cooked too long and she snapped at me and told me to bring it back to get my money back I just wanted ot replaced this wasn’t my first time here and if that’s how u respond to cx based on the quality of of the food that being out out I won’t ever come back
Most of my sweet and sour chicken was over cooked it was dry and hard. Many pieces I could not eat. Disappointing.

I asked for shrimp, chicken, and beef w. Broccoli in brown sauce (what I typically get at my usual place). This was my first time eating here, so I figured to order something that's pretty similar across the board. The lady at the front was nice and accommodating, but the food was not up to par. The brown sauce was watered down, and the food tasted unseasoned. I was a little disappointed because they had a high star rating. Would try again, but not this order. Not worth 20$
