Fantastic food - mixed grill is always a treat, and the house-made baklava and Egyptian coffee are the perfect ending to a great meal. Decor is an almost museum-quality homage to the chef's home country and culture of Egypt.Parking: Strip center

We couldn’t find the restaurant at address “4212A W Wendover Ave, Greensboro, NC 27407-1909”. The restaurant website says its address is “ 1218 Bridford Parkway Greensboro, NC 27407” but we’re not sure because no one answered the phone number: (336) 852-9707 and we didn’t go there. Maybe the business is closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, like many other business.

They need to update their hours because we drove 30 mins and when we got there the doors were locked.I love the look and the feel of this restaurant but Ive been here a few times now and every time there is always something thats not done right. We ordered the #44 which is mix platter. It was really good no doubt but then we took the quarter duck platter to go and all i can say is that it wasnt worth eating. No taste and i had said 20 times make it spicy. They were not busy when i ordered this so i dont know which part of spicy they didnt understand or forgot. Not happy with that at all. On top of all of that the duck was stenchy and it had after taste.Everything else is good but i guess they should stop making duck.

I love the food at this restaurant! I just saw that they had moved locations and decided to go with my husband for lunch. We went to the new location during the hours they specified they were open, but the doors are locked and lights are all off. The old location is for sure closed and, according to google, their opening hours were confirmed by phone 2 weeks ago. They really need to update their listing to show they’re temporarily closed so people don’t go out of their way just to get to a closed restaurant.

Does anybody know the actual, new address? This place isn't closed. It was moving to a new location snd then they hadn't finished work on it when last I went there. Unfortunately, I can't find the new address again.

Enjoyed the Egyptian cuisine but service was really slow. Tables were not cleaned out after customers.Requested for a take out pack and it took forever before my husband decided to walk up to them and pick it.If you need a first hand history of Egypt, then please don't hesitate to visit.

I want to thank chef Samir for opening a delicious, authentic Egyptians restaurant in North Carolina. Almost any dish you would have growing up in an Egyptian household is offered here, and it meets all the expectations. Even the decor is classic Egyptian. It makes me feel like I'm home away from home.

BE AWARE! THIS LOCATION on Wendover IS TAKEOUT ONLY, until they complete their move. Drove more than 60 miles to dine in, only to find a message on the window advising of the movie. Why is it not on the website?
