I recently visited Chick-fil-A and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and quality of food. The staff were exceptionally polite and efficient. I ordered the classic Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and waffle fries, and both were delicious. The sandwich was juicy while the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. Despite the busy atmosphere, my order was served quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. What stands out most is the consistent friendliness of the staff, which goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. Chick-fil-A’s commitment to quality and customer service is clear.

Slowest Chic-fil-A in existence. Never again. Legit 30 minute wait minimum. Only put up with it because my kids were with me.

It's Saturday and they do not have any tomatoes. Which is understandable but you could at least let the customer know BEFORE ordering and paying that they Do Not Have Tomatoes. A simple sign would suffice but yall can't even do that.
There was a line of people, but they got you in and out quickly. The food was good.

I mean, it is a Chick-fil-A at a mall food court, so my expectations were automatically lower. However, it is still a fast food restaurant, and I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get my salad. Also, the staff was not the friendly Chick-Fil-A employees I'm used to. So, unless you are starving, I would recommend you skip this place and get something elsewhere, perhaps the Chick-Fil-A location just outside the mall.
